Josh Allen Injury Update
Josh Allen suffered an elbow injury in the loss to the New York Jets in Week 9 and he's been unable to practice all week. Despite the strong-armed quarterback being seen at practice on Friday, he ran off the field once he was noticed by the media and he's been listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup with the Minnesota Vikings.
Allen took a hit while making a throw in last week's contest and it bothered him for the rest of the game. Considering that Allen was seen wearing a sleeve throughout the week and was unable to practice, the expectation is for the Bills to sit him at least for one game.
Keep tabs on his status for Sunday's game, but veteran Case Keenum is expected to draw the start for the Bills on Sunday. It goes without saying that Buffalo's skill players will take a massive hit if the QB1 in fantasy is inactive against the Vikings. You're likely starting Stefon Diggs regardless, but it's hard to expect his usual production if Allen is ruled out.
Kyler Murray Injury Update
The dual-threat quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals made an appearance on the injury report earlier this week with a hamstring injury. After failing to practice on Wednesday and logging limited practices on Thursday and Friday, Kliff Kingsbury noted that Kyler Murray is a true game-time decision in Week 10 versus the Los Angeles Rams.
With Murray being a mobile quarterback that excels when he creates with his legs, a hamstring injury can be a bit tricky to navigate. Being that the Cardinals are 3-6 and desperate for a win, it remains to be seen if they take a cautious approach with their franchise quarterback.
If Murray is unable to suit up on Sunday, veteran Colt McCoy would be the starting quarterback for Arizona. The weapons on the Cardinals would likely see a decline in production, but DeAndre Hopkins is still someone that should be started in all formats.
Matthew Stafford Injury Update
During Wednesday's media session, Sean McVay revealed that the Rams placed Matthew Stafford in the NFL's concussion protocol. After practicing in a limited fashion on Friday, Los Angeles is considering Stafford questionable for Sunday's tilt with Arizona.
While it was a positive sign to see Stafford practice in any capacity on Friday, he still needs to clear the protocol before Sunday's game against the Cardinals. And with Tua Tagovailoa's situation taking place this season, the Rams will understandably be under the microscope for how they handle this situation involving Stafford.
If Stafford is inactive, John Wolford would be the starting quarterback for the Rams. Cooper Kupp is always a must-start wide receiver, but everyone else in the offense would become riskier options.
Ryan Tannehill Injury Update
The Tennessee Titans have had to roll out rookie Malik Willis at quarterback in the last two games due to Ryan Tannehill dealing with an ankle injury. There's a chance that Tannehill makes his return to the offense in Week 10 against the Denver Broncos as he's officially questionable for Sunday's contest.
The Titans defeated the Houston Texans in Week 8 and nearly upset the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9 with Willis at quarterback. Tennessee leaned on Derrick Henry to be the engine of the offense again and it's panned out, but the passing attack has been slightly less productive with Tannehill sidelined.
There's a chance that the Titans give Tannehill another week to recover from his ankle injury, which would allow Willis to make his third career start. If Willis is the starter, none of the wide receivers on Tennessee's roster are intriguing options, especially against the formidable defense of the Broncos.
