Christian McCaffrey Injury Update
McCaffrey (Achilles) remains on track to return in Week 10 against the Buccaneers. The consensus RB1 in this year's fantasy drafts is finally on the verge of making his season debut, albeit two months later than expected. Upon his return, he should handle a full workload, ranking as one of the top options in fantasy football.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. Injury Update
Tracy (concussion) entered concussion protocol following Monday's loss to the Steelers. Typically, players in the protocol miss one game, which gives Tracy an unfavorable outlook for next week against the Commanders. Devin Singletary would step up as the Giants' primary running back if he's forced to sit out.
Giants rookie running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. told me as he was exiting gthe locker room that he is in the concussion protocol, so he was unavailable to answer questions due to the protocol's policy.

Jordan Mason Injury Update
49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan told the media that Mason (shoulder) aggravated his shoulder sprain during this week's win over the Cowboys. He will rest during the bye week before being reevaluated ahead of Week 10.
#49ers WR Deebo Samuel has rib and oblique strains and RB Jordan Mason dealing with aggravated shoulder injury will be given bye week off and evaluated when they return from the bye.

Kendre Miller Injury Update
Miller (hamstring) injured himself during Sunday's loss to the Chargers. While we don't know much about his injury, it sounds like an extended absence could be on the table. Jamaal Williams would operate as Alvin Kamara's backup in such a scenario.

Dameon Pierce Injury Update
Pierce (groin) has now missed two consecutive practices, putting him in doubt for Week 9 against the Jets. If he can't play on Thursday night, Dare Ogunbowale would step up as the No. 2 option behind Joe Mixon.
