Bijan Robinson Injury Update
Robinson registered just one touch in Week 7 due to illness symptoms that popped up around kickoff. Out of precaution, head coach Arthur Smith kept the rookie sidelined for most of the game, but he should be back to 100 percent next weekend versus Tennessee. Fantasy managers can deploy him as an RB1 once again.
Jerome Ford Injury Update
Ford has been diagnosed with a low-grade high-ankle sprain and will likely miss one to two weeks. As a result, the Browns will proceed with Kareem Hunt as their lead running back while also mixing in Pierre Strong Jr. For the time being, Hunt is a solid fantasy RB3 but Strong can be left on waivers.
Roschon Johnson Injury Update
Johnson (concussion) is making good progress and trending towards returning in Week 8, per head coach Matt Eberflus. The rookie missed extended time, but it sounds like he should finally clear concussion protocol following a two-game absence. The recent emergence of D'Onta Foreman complicates the dynamic of this backfield. For now, expect Foreman to remain Chicago's lead back, ranking as an RB3 for fantasy purposes.
Zach Charbonnet Injury Update
Charbonnet (hamstring) has a chance to return in Week 8, per head coach Pete Carroll. The rookie didn't practice or play at all last week, but it sounds like the Seahawks are leaving the door open for him to suit up this coming Sunday against the Browns. He would operate as the clear second back behind Kenneth Walker III, making him nothing more than a bench option.
Chase Edmonds Injury Update
Edmonds (knee) has been designated to return from injured reserve. He practiced in full on Tuesday, though he still has hurdles to clear before he can suit up on Thursday night. Most notably, the Buccaneers still need to activate him from injured reserve. We'll see if such a move unfolds in the next 24 hours. Regardless of Edmonds' availability, the only Tampa Bay running back worth rostering in redraft leagues is Rachaad White.
Kenny McIntosh Injury Update
McIntosh (knee) is ready to go and remains eligible to be activated from injured reserve this week, per Carroll. The rookie has been sidelined since injuring himself in a mock game nearly three months ago. He's merely a depth option behind Walker and Charbonnet but could make a push to steal DeeJay Dallas' third-string role.
