Najee Harris Injury Update
Harris (right arm) was spotted wearing a sling in the aftermath of Sunday's win over the Chargers. However, the former first-round pick is expected to be fine for Week 4 against the Colts. Averaging 21 touches per game, Harris gets enough volume to justify deploying him as an RB3/flex in fantasy football.
Sources: #Steelers RB Najee Harris, who was seen in the locker room with a sling on his right arm on Monday, is expected to be fine and is likely to be ready for Sunday’s game vs the #Colts. There doesn’t seem to be any concern.

Austin Ekeler Injury Update
Ekeler (concussion, ear) has been diagnosed with both a concussion and ear laceration following Monday's win over the Bengals. While his official Week 4 status is still unknown, it's worth noting that most players who enter concussion protocol typically miss at least one game. The Commanders are slated to play the Cardinals next Sunday.
Update from Dan Quinn: Austin Ekeler, diagnosed with a concussion, went back to Virginia today while the team is in Arizona. He suffered a laceration on his ear. https://t.co/wxmpcIWYhK

Jaylen Warren Injury Update
An MRI did not reveal anything too serious for Warren (knee), who was pulled from Sunday's game after head coach Mike Tomlin noticed he wasn't moving very well. His Week 4 status is still up in the air, but we wouldn't be surprised if the Steelers keep him sidelined on Sunday so that he can get healthy for the long haul.
I have heard that Jaylen Warren's MRI did not reveal anything too concerning that would indicate a long-term injury or absence.
The team will see how he reacts throughout this week and decide where to go.
Best case scenario is he does play this week.

Christian McCaffrey Injury Update
McCaffrey (Achilles), who is currently on injured reserve, will travel to Germany to meet with a specialist regarding his Achilles tendinitis. The consensus RB1 in fantasy drafts still hasn't suited up for a game this year. The earliest he can return is Week 6, but he may remain sidelined beyond that mark.
And to top it off, 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey is seeing a specialist in Germany regarding his Achilles tendinitis.
