Alvin Kamara Injury Update
Kamara (hip, ribs) is officially questionable to play in Week 4 after logging back-to-back limited practices. The fact that he's been able to get on the field is a good sign, but managers will still want to check back for his official status when the inactives are announced on Sunday.

Bijan Robinson Injury Update
Robinson (shoulder) was a full participant on Friday. He has been removed from the final injury report and will play against the Saints in Week 4. Despite his recent performances and New Orleans' respectable defense, Robinson is still a must-start RB1 in fantasy football.

Joe Mixon Injury Update
Mixon (ankle) is questionable to play in Week 4 after logging a limited practice on Friday. The veteran sat out last week's contest, and now it appears his availability is once again up in the air. If neither Mixon nor Dameon Pierce (hamstring) can suit up against the Jaguars, Cam Akers would take over as the Texans' top running back.

Kenneth Walker III Injury Update
Walker (oblique) was listed as a limited participant on Friday's participation estimation. The talented running back hasn't played since Week 1, but he's making progress and could return to game action as early as this week. When he does get back on the field, he'll be a low-end RB1.

Jerome Ford Injury Update
Ford (knee) will play in Week 4. He was removed from the injury report on Friday after logging a full practice. Managers would like to see a little more production out of the 25-year-old, but it's hard to complain about his efficiency (5.0 yards per carry through three games this year).

Raheem Mostert Injury Update
Mostert (chest) remained limited on Friday. He has one more chance to log a full practice on Saturday before the Dolphins disclose their official injury designations. If Mostert returns to the fold this week, he's a low-end fantasy RB3 while De'Von Achane remains an RB1.

Austin Ekeler Injury Update
Ekeler (concussion) remained sidelined all week long. As a result, he's officially been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders. Brian Robinson Jr. should see extra work in the passing game while Jeremy McNichols could contribute out of his depth role.

Bucky Irving Injury Update
Irving (hamstring) is officially questionable for Week 4 after logging a limited practice on Friday. The rookie has been quite effective so far, averaging 6.16 yards per carry and playing more than 30 percent of the offensive snaps in all three games.

Jaylen Warren Injury Update
Warren (knee) missed another practice on Friday and has subsequently been ruled out for Week 4 against the Indianapolis Colts. Najee Harris figures to earn most of Warren's vacated opportunities, but veteran Cordarelle Patterson will have some extra opportunities, too.

Tank Bigsby Injury Update
Despite being limited on Friday, Bigsby (shoulder) has been removed from the Jaguars' injury report and will play on Sunday. He rushed for 73 yards back in Week 1, but that number dropped to just nine yards last week. He's merely a handcuff in most fantasy leagues.

Dameon Pierce Injury Update
Pierce (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 4 after missing another practice on Friday. The 24-year-old's absence leaves the Texans short key depth out of the backfield, and there's also a chance that Houston could be without Joe Mixon (ankle). If so, Cam Akers would start at running back on Sunday.

Pierre Strong Jr. Injury Update
Strong (hamstring) has been ruled out for the consecutive week. D'Onta Foreman will get some extra opportunities in his absence, but Jerome Ford is the only Browns running back worth starting in fantasy football.

Ameer Abdullah Injury Update
Abdullah (back) missed practice on Friday and is officially questionable to play in Week 4. The veteran has still managed to get on the field at 31 years old, registering four catches and three kick returns over the last two weeks. However, he's buried on the depth chart and should be avoided in all fantasy leagues.
