Christian McCaffrey Injury Update
McCaffrey (knee) suffered a PCL strain on Sunday night against the Bills. He has been placed on injured reserve and will miss at least six weeks, but he's pushing to return for the playoffs, should San Francisco qualify. With Jordan Mason (ankle) also on injured reserve, the 49ers will turn to Isaac Guerendo to lead their backfield.

For the most part, he has experienced fogginess, noting that he doesn't remember leaving the field when he became concussed in Week 12. The veteran running back remains on injured reserve.
