Isiah Pacheco Injury Update
Pacheco (fibula) was limited in practice this week. The Chiefs' No. 1 running back has been designated to return from injured reserve, but he won't play in Week 11 versus Buffalo. It'll be (at least) one more week of Kareem Hunt headlining the Kansas City backfield.

Bigsby (ankle) has been ruled out after missing three practices in a row. Travis Etienne Jr. will have the No. 1 running back role all to himself versus the Lions this week.

Jamaal Williams Injury Update
