Welcome to Rotation Watch, RotoBallers! Each week, this article will highlight the players gaining minutes in their team's rotation. Fantasy managers want to roster the players that accumulate stats and rack up the playing time. They want to avoid the players falling out of favor and watching the action from the sidelines.
With the new season here, Rotation Watch is well... back in the rotation. With new rotations and players bouncing around from season to season, it's important to take note of who's "in" and who's "out". I've been consistently updating my data model to account for minutes over the 2022-2023 regular season, as well as each player's last four games, and their stats based on who's on and who's off the floor (accounting for injury, etc.).
So without further ado, let's start searching those box scores and look for those hidden gems that grabbed minutes to help your fantasy basketball team achieve the ultimate prize: a championship. Of course, these suggestions are the cream of the crop, and if you ever need an extra slice of advice, feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @LucidMediaDFS.

NBA Playing Time Changes
Donte DiVincenzo - SG/PG, Golden State Warriors
ESPN: 10.8% rostered
Week 10: 39:00 Minutes per Game
I'll start off this week with Donte DiVincenzo. DiVincenzo's ownership in ESPN leagues has been rising a bit over the last few weeks, but in truth, I'm surprised it's not a bit higher.
DiVincenzo has been placed in the Warriors' starting lineup due to the lack of able bodies the Warriors have right now, with James Wiseman, Steph Curry, Jonathan Kuminga, JaMychal Green, and Andre Iguodala all missing at least the next week of games. He's averaging nine points, 7.75 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 2.25 steals per game over his last four and is a good option in all formats.
Victor Oladipo - SG, Miami Heat
ESPN: 11.4% rostered
Week 9: 30:20 Minutes per Game
No one ever doubted Victor Oladipo's talent, it's just been an injury struggle that's kept him off the floor over the last few seasons. He's slowly starting to tick up in minutes, averaging 30.33 minutes per game over the last week
The Heat will be without Duncan Robinson, Nikola Jovic, and obviously Omer Yurtseven for the foreseeable future, which opens up the door for Oladipo to continue playing 28+ minutes. He's been on a heater over his last two games, averaging 19 points, five rebounds, 4.5 assists, and two steals over his last two games. While it's nice to see him play at a high level again, it's even nicer to see him play with minimal restrictions again.
Kenrich Williams - SF, Oklahoma City Thunder
ESPN: 1.3% rostered
Week 9: 20:30 Minutes per Game
I'll finish things up with a streamer, Kenrich Williams. This was a late addition for me last night, and while Williams's minutes last week actually went down last week relative to his season average, I have a feeling they're about to go back up.
The Thunder are dealing with a myriad of injuries at the forward positions, with Ousmane Dieng, Jeremiah Robinson-Earl, and Aleksej Pokusevski all sidelined for the time being. Center Jaylin Williams also left last night's game after just 12 minutes with an ankle injury. Despite the limited minutes, Kenrich Williams is averaging eight points, seven rebounds, and 1.5 assists over his last four games. I expect these numbers to rise, given his minutes do as well, making him a solid pickup in all formats.
