The final update of the First-Year Player Draft rankings is just in time for peak FYPD draft season. This update adds in a half-dozen signees from the January 15 international class along with updating the teams for a few former Japanese players who signed this offseason with an MLB club and a player who was traded this offseason.
With most FYPD drafts taking place over the next month, this can be a useful tool for all those who are headed into their offseason draft.
That should give everyone a complete list as fantasy baseball FYPD drafts hit their peak in February/March heading into the 2024 fantasy baseball season!

Breaking Down the FYPD Rankings
Since Shota Imanaga signed with the Chicago Cubs, he's received high marks from his teammates and moved up this list:
“The pitches within themselves are really filthy.”
Justin Steele on Shota Imanaga.

Of the six players who signed on January 15 among the international teen prospects, the Padres' Leodalis De Vries is the highest-ranked player at 32. The other top-50 international signee, the Braves' Jose Perdomo, probably has the highest floor among those players, as much of a floor as any teenage international signee can truly have.
