We are already at Week 9 and with four teams on a bye, along with an early morning London game, the player pool will be smaller than usual, and as a result, you may have to take some chances to win big in tournaments. Tampa at Seattle leads the way with a projected overall score of 53 points, followed by Detroit at Oakland with 51. With it also being the first week in November, weather will start to be an issue, especially in cold-weather cities, making quarterbacks playing in warmer climates or in domes more valuable. Keep an eye on injuries (as usual), as the running back position will be loaded with potential value plays in Week 9 to help offset some of the cost needed to roster some of the studs at the other spots.
In this article, I will be providing you with daily fantasy football picks in FanDuel for November 3, 2019 (Week 9). These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. Be sure to also consult the NFL Depth Charts and Snap Counts for more critical information this week.

FanDuel DFS Quarterbacks - Week 9 Picks
Russell Wilson - vs. TB ($8,600)
After accumulating a combined 58.82 fantasy points in Weeks 5 and 6, Russell cooled off a bit over the last two weeks. However, the Buccaneers are giving up 20.41 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks in addition to allowing 285.9 passing yards per outing as well, so there is definitely a good chance that he will bounce back. You may have to cut some corners to acquire his services, but it is not unreasonable to believe that he will be the top-scoring signal-caller when everything is done in Week 9.
Aaron Rodgers - QB, @ LAC ($8,100)
Despite concerns that he would not be able to play against the Chargers, Rodgers logged a full practice on Thursday, meaning he should be good to go. After getting off to an underwhelming start this season, the veteran has gotten it going, especially over the last two weeks where he has averaged 35.43 fantasy points. Rodgers has played well against Los Angeles over the course of his career, compiling six touchdowns and no interceptions while maintaining an efficient 67.3 completion percentage.
Other FanDuel DFS Quarterbacks to Consider: Matthew Stafford ($7,900), Josh Allen ($7,700), Jameis Winston ($7,500), Derek Carr ($7,300)
FanDuel DFS Running Backs - Week 9 Picks
Dalvin Cook - RB, @ KC ($9,000)
The Vikings run the ball 53.3 percent of the time, good for second-best in the league behind the 49ers. Cook has been more active as of late to boot, rushing at least 23 times in each of the team's last two contests while also getting his fair share of looks as a receiver out of the backfield. The Chiefs have struggled against the run all season, and if Adam Thielen, who has been limited with a hamstring ailment, isn't able to play, Cook's stock will rise even higher.
Chris Carson - RB, vs. TB ($8,200)
With the contest between the Seahawks and Bucs expected to be a shootout, you can bet Carson will get plenty of chances to put up some fantasy points. He has run the ball at least 20 times in five-straight games and also has at least 15 fantasy points in four of his last five outings. Get him in your lineup if you aren't looking to spend on Cook or Christian McCaffrey.
Other FanDuel DFS Running Backs to Consider: Christian McCaffrey ($9,700), Nick Chubb ($8,100), Le'Veon Bell ($7,000), Jamaal Williams ($5,400 - if Aaron Jones is out), Jaylen Samuels ($5,000 - if James Conner is out)
FanDuel DFS Wide Receivers - Week 9 Picks
Mike Evans - WR, @ SEA ($8,100)
After a horrible first few weeks of the season, Evans has really gotten it together. While everything hasn't all been hugs and kisses, as evident by his horrendous performance against the Saints, he clobbered the Titans by catching 11 passes (12 targets) for 198 yards and two touchdowns. Though the Seahawks aren't as bad defensively as some of the other teams in the league, they aren't impressing anyone either. If you are looking to stack, which wouldn't be a bad idea for this game, you can throw Chris Godwin into the mix as well.
Tyrell Williams - WR, vs. DET ($6,300)
Williams returned against Houston after missing three games with a foot ailment and finished with three catches for 91 yards and a touchdown. With limited options on the offensive end for the Raiders, you can expect Williams, who has scored in every game that he has played in this season, to continue to get his looks from Derek Carr.
Other FanDuel Wide Receivers to Consider: Stefon Diggs ($7,900), Tyreek Hill ($7,700), Kenny Golladay ($7,600), Tyler Lockett ($7,500), JuJu Smith-Schuster ($7,300), D.K. Metcalf ($6,700), Mike Williams ($5,700)
FanDuel DFS Tight Ends - Week 9 Picks
Darren Waller - TE, vs. DET ($6,800)
Even with Tyrell Williams back in the mix, Waller still received eight targets against the Texans. He only brought in two receptions in that one, but he was able to find the end zone at the very least. It appears as if Waller will still be involved, even with Williams' return to the lineup, with the only downfall here being the cost.
Jonnu Smith - TE, @ CAR ($5,500)
Keep an eye on Delanie Walker's status for Sunday, but if he is out, Smith will fill in once again. In Week 8, while subbing for Walker, who is currently battling an ankle injury, Smith was targeted seven times, hauling in six catches for 78 yards and a score. While this would be a risky option, the ceiling is high against the Panthers on Sunday, especially when you take price into consideration.
Other FanDuel Tight Ends to Consider: Hunter Henry ($6,400), T.J. Hockenson ($5,000), Noah Fant ($4,600)
FanDuel DFS Defenses - Week 9 Picks
Bills Defense - DEF, vs. WAS ($5,000)
It doesn't matter who will be under center for the Redskins, the Bills Defense should do some damage after having their worst performance of the season against Philly. Buffalo isn't an easy place to play, to begin with, so expect Washington to make plenty of mistakes on the offensive end in Week 9.
Other FanDuel DFS Defenses to Consider: Jets Defense ($4,600), Browns Defense ($4,300)
