We are nearly a quarter of the way through the 2023-24 NFL campaign, believe it or not. The season has been filled with more than a handful of surprises from Aaron Rodgers' Achilles tear to Puka Nacua's improbable ascent to become one of the top receivers in the league. With three weeks in the books, who knows what is on the horizon? However, some things have remained the same, with Justin Jefferson and Christian McCaffrey dominating their respective positions.
But some glaring questions remain unanswered entering the weekend: Will the Dolphins stay hot in Sunday's clash with the Bills? Are Austin Ekeler, Jerry Jeudy, and DeAndre Hopkins ready to play? Assuming Derek Carr doesn't suit up (which he likely won't), how will his absence impact Chris Olave and Michael Thomas' production? And what will Alvin Kamara look like in his first game back after a three-game suspension?
In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 4 daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel. FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 4 DFS Lineup Picks
Justin Herbert – vs. LV ($8,600)
The Chargers picked up their first win this year, defeating Minnesota in Week 3, 28-24. LA's woes in the win-loss column aren't the offense's fault, as the defense has plenty to work on moving forward.
Regarding Herbert, he hasn't accrued less than 20 fantasy points in the first three games and is coming off his best showing of the season, tossing 405 yards and three touchdowns off an efficient 40-for-47 passing. Although he won't have Mike Williams, who went down with a season-ending knee injury, he still has enough options to remain a top fantasy gunslinger versus the Raiders.
Kirk Cousins - @ CAR ($7,900)
Despite the Vikings' struggles, Cousins can't take much of the blame. He's thrown for 1,075 yards and nine touchdowns, the best marks in the NFL. The veteran has also accumulated 26 fantasy points in the last two games.
Without a doubt, Cousins is performing at a Pro Bowl level and should continue to do so versus Carolina in Week 4, a club that's allowed 27 points per game.
Joe Burrow - @ TEN ($7,100)
Burrow missed most of training camp with a calf injury, so naturally, he has struggled all season. The signal-caller is coming off an encouraging showing in the win over the Rams in Week 3 despite failing to throw a touchdown.
Most importantly, Burrow appeared healthier than he has in a while, moving around better than he did in the first two games. With some more time to rest and recover, the 2020 No. 1 overall pick shouldn't be ignored against the Titans, even though many DFS managers won't look in his direction.
Also Consider: Josh Allen ($9,000), Tua Tagovailoa ($8,000)
FanDuel Running Backs - Week 4 DFS Lineup Picks
Raheem Mostert - @ BUF ($7,900)
According to Vegas, Mostert has favorable odds of finding the end zone in Week 4. Everyone saw what the Dolphins did to Denver, so he should have a place in many DFS lineups versus the Bills.
His performances in the first three games of the year don't mean Mostert is a lock to produce on Sunday. However, he does lead the league in rushing touchdowns, which says a lot about how involved he should be moving ahead.
Zack Moss – vs. LAR ($7,300)
It's Week 4, and nothing has changed regarding Jonathan Taylor; he doesn't want to play for the Colts. With Taylor out of the equation, Deon Jackson began the year atop the depth chart. Yet, Jackson played well enough to get cut, with Moss entering Week 2 as the starter.
The former Bill has taken advantage of his enhanced role, accumulating 210 rushing yards, 42 receiving yards, and two scores in the last two weeks. Anthony Richardson is expected to return versus the Rams after sitting in Week 3 versus Houston because of a concussion. Still, Moss should continue to get his touches, at least enough to remain an effective fantasy option.
Javonte Williams - @ CHI ($5,800)
The Bears are a mess in many areas on both sides of the ball. But for now, we'll focus on how the defense has fared versus opposing running backs. Of course, we know things haven't gone too well in this area, with Chicago allowing seven total touchdowns (four rushing, three receiving) in the first three games.
Statistically speaking, Williams has the skill set needed to be productive versus the Bears, both on the run and as a pass-catcher. At the same time, you can't rule out Samaje Perine as a guy who might come out of nowhere and at least score a touchdown in Week 4. Either way, both players warrant DFS consideration on Sunday, although Williams is (by far) the safer option.
Also Consider: Christian McCaffrey ($9,700), Austin Ekeler ($9,600-questionable), Tony Pollard ($8,400), Alexander Mattison ($7,200), Roschon Johnson ($5,300)

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 4 DFS Lineup Picks
Tyreek Hill - @ BUF ($9,600)
Everyone should be talking about Hill’s performances. Not many are on his level throughout the league; he ranks fourth in receptions (25) and second in receiving yards (412).
On the other hand, nobody has more yards before the catch (296) or air yards (480). In the highest-projected game on the slate, Hill, who hasn't seen less than nine targets in a game this year, should remain involved in the AFC East clash with Buffalo.
Stefon Diggs – vs. MIA ($8,700)
Tyreek Hill isn't the only wideout in the Bills/Dolphins matchup with favorable projections, as Diggs has an excellent chance to be a featured component of many winning DFS lineups.
The 29-year-old has quietly put together an excellent season, amassing at least seven grabs in each of the first three games. It appears he's on the same page as his teammates after an offseason filled with drama, at least for now. He deserves consideration in cash and tournament formats on Sunday.
Ja’Marr Chase - @ TEN ($8,200)
While Chase entered the 2023-24 campaign as a favorite to emerge as the NFL's best wideout, it hasn't happened. He struggled in Weeks 1 and 2. However, the former LSU Tiger went wild in the win over the Rams on Monday night, catching 12 of his 15 targets for 141 yards.
It seems Joe Burrow is getting healthier, and assuming Chase continues to be utilized in different areas of the field like he was in Week 3, the collegiate duo should continue to connect. At only $8,200, he deserves a hard look for all DFS setups.
Davante Adams - @ LAC ($8,100)
There's no nice way of putting it, but the Chargers defense hasn't impressed anyone this year. Los Angeles has allowed 29 points per game, surrendering 36 to Miami, 27 to Tennessee, and 24 to Minnesota.
The prognosis for many of LA's hobbled defensive performers doesn't appear promising entering Week 4, meaning Adams could thrive (and should) versus a squad that has allowed 807 yards and six touchdowns to opposing wideouts in 2023-24, both the worst marks in the National Football League. His outlook shouldn’t change, no matter the status of Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion).
Also Consider: DeVonta Smith ($7,800-questionable), Tee Higgins ($7,300), Joshua Palmer ($6,100), Michael Thomas ($5,900), Quentin Johnston ($5,200)
FanDuel Tight Ends - Week 4 DFS Lineup Picks
George Kittle – vs. ARI ($6,300)
Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk are banged up, with both players holding questionable tags heading into Sunday's meeting with Arizona. Although Aiyuk appears to have a better shot at playing in Week 4, there's a good chance both guys could be limited in terms of how much they are on the field, assuming they suit up. That said, Kittle should factor into the game plan against Arizona regardless of how this scenario plays out. He saw only nine targets in the first two games of the season.
But he saw the same amount in the Week 3 victory over the New York Giants. In all fairness, the Cards have played better this season than most had expected. However, the Niners offense is predicted to have more than a few potent DFS producers in this one, so Kittle might find the end zone for the first time all year.
Also Consider: T.J. Hockenson ($7,200)
