Even as the regular season comes to a close, tonight's slate will full of energy. The earlier games will lack intensity, but later in the day is were things get juicy. Other than Gregg Popovich, there should be no unsuspecting hindrances from the coaches resting random players tonight. Seeding is up for grabs for some of these teams, meaning a win will severely benefit them. That being said, John Wall, James Johnson, and Damian Lillard fall under the category of must-plays tonight.

In this article, I will be providing you with daily NBA lineup picks for FanDuel on 4/8/17. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

Let's get rolling.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Dante Exum - PG, at POR ($3,500)

One thing is clear, Dante Exum does not fall under the category of scorer, facilitator, or defender. That can cause problems when looking to perfect your lineup. Dante will contribute across the board statistically, and against Portland he has plenty of upside. The Jazz do not necessarily need a win tonight, but Exum will get plenty of minutes against a solid opponent. What Exum does do...well, is a little bit of everything. His shot is slowly falling into place, but not anywhere close to where it needs to be. His price is low for a reason, but his upside makes him impossible to pass up.

Matthew Dellavedova - PG, at PHI ($3,500)

First of all, Dellavedova was sent to the floor by a Jeff Teague step-back. It is without a doubt, my favorite highlight this year. Anyway, I have said this before and I will say it again. Matthew Dellavedova is not a solid point guard. Any solid production from him is usually a result of the matchup, not his skill will the ball. Philadephia offers a moderate matchup, but Dellavedova does have experience over the 76ers backcourt. As long as Brogdon is out, and Dellavedova's price

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Khris Middleton - SF, at PHI ($5,900)

Khris Middleton is known as being a great two-way player for Milwaukee. His defensive efforts give him plenty of upside against the 76ers, with the potential to get into double-digit rebounds. Middleton is a proven scorer, and he should be easily played as one of the best, middle-tier options for Saturday. The matchup is right and although he has had a rough April thus far, that is subject to change against Philadelphia.

 Maurice Harkless - SF, vs UTA ($3,500)

It seems like Maurice Harkless also finds his way into my articles. Even with his recent production being near "basement" levels. His last game against the Jazz, he did VERY poorly. In 26 minutes, he went 1-4 from the field, scoring two points and grabbing three rebounds. Well, the Jazz had the game under control from the start. Harkless did not have a good game, and he is lined up to bounce back. His athleticism and effort makes him a safe play, but his focus on defense tends to hurt his production. If Portland wants to win tonight, Maurice will need to stand up and be more Harkless and less...harmless?

Also Consider: Solomon Hill - SF, at GSW ($4,300)

FanDuel DFS Centers

 Marcin Gortat - C, vs SA ($4,700) 

Going against Hassan Whiteside may cause some discomfort, but as great of a shot blocker Whiteside is, he struggles with down low defense. Marcin Gortat excels in low-post scoring, spacing for his teammates, and rebounds. He is a great example of a traditional center, meaning his a double-double threat every night he plays. Regardless of the defender he pulls, Gortat has the style of offense whose production strictly relies on whether or not his shots are falling. He is a low-priced, moderate ceiling option, with an upside in rebounds.
