With only six games on the slate it's time to have some fun with these picks. Roster repetitiveness is going to be a bit more of a problem tonight so make sure you are considering players that everyone will not roster. With that in mind, know it is bit of a two way street. Luckily tonight there are no players that should make or break the night, aside from Anthony Davis just being that guy. He's lining up against the Lakers who have one of the worst rebounding centers in the league. Lopez is still big enough to hold his own in the paint, but it's up to you whether you want to fade him or not. I'll make sure to find you the cheaper options that should allow you to roster Davis without entirely ridding yourself of a salary.
For the other superstars, consider James Harden as well, but there is a potential blowout chance that I will be avoiding. Rajon Rondo, Clint Capela, Ben Simmons, and Joel Embiid round out the list of must-plays. Just like every other NBA season, at this point, teams are preparing for the playoffs and will start to consider injuries and resting players. Always check your lineups before the games and make sure to stack games where the stakes are higher.

FanDuel DFS Guards
Ian Clark - PG, vs LAL ($4,500)
The Pelicans are on the second night of a back-to-back but that won't change Ian Clark from being productive. He's had a hair trigger lately and it's a good to jump on this trend before something changes. The Pelicans have a decently well spaced offense, looking to E'Twaun Moore and Ian Clark as the primary shooters when they are on the floor. Clark put together a string of double digit scoring efforts recently and that hot streak should continue against the Lakers who are in the dead middle of the road when it comes to guarding opposing shooting guards.
Luke Kennard - SG, at HOU ($4,400)
The Rockets rank 16th against opposing guards and much like Ian Clark, Luke Kennard has been on a similar uptrend. With multiple games posting at least 10 points and 30 minutes, it's hard to fade him when the Rockets will be tossing up an excess of threes and Kennard is one of the top shooters on the team. With Reggie Jackson returning, Kennard shouldn't see any effect seeing how they play entirely different styles. If anything, Kennard playing with either Ish Smith or Reggie Jackson gives him more upside.
Also Consider: Yogi Ferrell - PG, vs. UTA ($5,100)

Taurean Prince - SF, at SAC ($7,500)
If you have been around the HOOPS CHAT ROOM, you've likely seen my opinions on Taurean Prince. Well, completely toss that out the window and look to play Prince as much as possible. Two 38 point games, MIGHT be a fluke in some senses, but expecting Prince to have a 30 point game makes sense. There are very few players, if any, that have been as productive as Prince. He is a man engulfed in flames right now and...
*checks to see Prince playing a California team
*stops there
Julius Randle - PF, at NO ($7,500)
There are still a few of us atop Julius Randle Hill, and those of us have been doused in productive nights and upside-littered contests. Randle is borderline matchup proof because of his athleticism and ability to attack the glass against any opponent. He does struggle against a capable defender, just like any player, but if he starts drawing fouls and getting to the lane early, it'll be a great night. The Pelicans don't have THAT much support in the frontcourt so except Randle to be on modest double-double watch with upside in scoring and playmaking more than rebounding.
Also Consider: Joe Ingles - PF, at DAL ($6,600)

Willie Cauley-Stein - C, vs. ATL ($6,900)
Over the past week, there is one theme surrounding Willie Cauley Stein. Less production. His minutes have not changed, yet his stat lines over the past few games are nothing close to what his price is suggesting. While his price is still high given the inconsistency, he should be a low-owned center option tonight and needs to rebound at some point. Dewayne Dedmon is an experienced and troublesome piece of the Hawks frontcourt, but it should be the deciding factor in whether Cauley-Stein hits his projected or not.
Also Consider: Deyonta Davis - C, at CHA ($3,800)
