FanDuel DFS Guards
De'Aaron Fox, PG – SAC @ WAS ($9,100)
This game features the NBA’s fastest tempo team and the NBA's least efficient defense. There should be plenty of scoring, both on the scoreboard at Capital One Arena and in your daily fantasy lineups.
Fox is a logical place to start in this game, leading the Kings against the speedy Wizards. Washington commits the most personal fouls per game in the NBA and sends its opponents to the free-throw line the second most of any team in the NBA. Fox leads the Kings in free throw attempts and is due for a game where he lives at the line. Hack-happy Washington should oblige.
Seth Curry, SG –PHI vs MIL ($5,500)
The Sixers can look like a different team without Joel Embiid in the lineup. Given his current injury status, that looks like it could be the case for quite a few games. With the big man sidelined, Ben Simmons’ role grows. He leads the Sixers into transition more frequently and creates downhill offense.
Curry is the player most likely to benefit from that style of play. With Simmons sucking Milwaukee defenders into the lane, Curry should get ample attempts to tee up from long distance.
Bradley Beal, SG – WAS vs SAC ($9,500)
If we love this matchup between the two teams who allow the most points per game, why not load up to get the full effect? There’s no one more likely to take full advantage of a face-paced, non-stop scoring game than the NBA’s leading scorer.
It takes some discipline to know when to use salary on an elite player like Beal. Against this Kings team? Pull the trigger and make sure he’s in your lineup.

FanDuel DFS Forwards
Justin Holiday, SF – IND vs BKN ($4,000)
Indiana is going to need to score in bunches to keep up with the Nets, who lead the league in scoring per game. Why not look to Holiday, who has been active of late?
In his last six games, Holiday is launching nearly nine 3s per night and only making 34 percent of those tries. If the volume stays but the shots start to fall, Holiday will post a high-scoring night. Brooklyn is the perfect opponent for that.
Christian Wood, PF – HOU vs GSW ($8,400)
Golden State is one of the NBA teams least interested in offensive rebounds. Steve Kerr sends his defense back in transition rather than send bodies to the glass. Only the Thunder nab fewer of their own misses.
This is all good news for Wood who will happily clean up the defensive rebounds after Warriors misses and should pile up a ton of total rebounds on Wednesday.
UPDATE: Wood is likely on a minutes restriction tonight, so be careful here.
Davis Bertans, PF – WAS vs SAC ($5,400)
With the pace and style expected in the Kings-Wizards game, there’s no reason not to go back to the well for a third time. The Kings are safely the worst defense in the NBA and have particular trouble running 3-point shooters off their spots.
Enter Bertans, a dead-eye sniper who leads the Wizards in 3-point attempts per game. He’s due to stay hot, with his season 3-point percentage still below his career mark.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Nikola Jokic, C – DEN vs. CHA ($11,200)
The Nuggets play at the second slowest tempo in the league, allowing Nikola Jokic time to operate the offense from the comfort of the high post. They’ll be sped up by a young and boisterous Hornets team that is ill-prepared to stop the Serbian star.
In his last nine games, Jokic is torching defenses to the tune of 30 points, 11 rebounds, and 8 assists per game. There’s no reason to see that stopping Wednesday in Denver.
