After yesterday, we get a chance to relax with a horrible three-game slate. I'm not joking, tonight's slate is just downright ugly. I won't get the chance to bore you with game analysis because truthfully, everyone knows what's happening tonight. The Celtics are beating the Knicks, the Trail Blazers are beating the Suns, and the Jazz are going to keep things close between them and the Rockets.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 12/6/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks.
Make sure you don't set your lineups too early and also be sure to check player statuses and availability prior to opening tip. Find me in the NBA Chat Room or @HalfCourtJester on Twitter.

FanDuel DFS Guards
Terry Rozier - PG, BOS vs NYK (FD - $3,700)
The Knicks backcourt defense isn't noteworthy but it also isn't horrible. They have Frank Ntilikina and Damyean Dotson as athletic guards, but other than those two, they are middle of the road against opposing point guards. If that was being played in New York, Kyrie Irving is the play here all day long. Instead, expect the entire Celtics squad to come out energized at home, meaning Rozier should see an influx of extra minutes. His price doesn't cause any problems and offers ideal salary relief since you will need to spend up for Damian Lillard, James Harden and Chris Paul tonight.
Jamal Crawford - SG, PHO @ POR (FD - $3,700)
Jamal Crawford might not be hitting any game winners tonight and honestly, who knows, he very well could be the lone bright spot for the Suns tonight. Until Devin Booker gets the "good-to-go," the Suns will be desperate for offense. Elie Okobo will see extra minutes tonight and will see a starters workload at point guard, giving him "must-start-ability." Okobo has proved himself as a guard that can produce given minutes so look for Okobo to start the game off strong, with Crawford coming in later to help ease the pain. Even though Portland is one of the better teams in the league, they still struggle to guard opposing shooting guards and Crawford is about as un-guradable as they come.
FanDuel DFS Forwards
Gordon Hayward - SF, BOS vs. NYK (FD - $6,400)
Remember when I said the Knicks weren't horrible at defending opposing guards, well, that slight lack of defensive firepower translates to New York being one of the worst at defending opposing small forwards. Giving Gordon Hawyward another green-light kind of night. The Celtics will absolutely look at this game as one they need to win, but seeing the parity between two teams, look for them to win in a specific fashion. Hayward exploded in the box score against the Timberwolves and he looked entirely composed. Not only was he smooth in his shot releases, but he played with confidence and almost looked like he prefers the bench role. If he comes off the bench again versus the Knicks, expect a similar performance.
Zach Collins - PF, POR vs PHO (FD - $3,600)
You could really go either way with the bigs in the game, but I am sticking with logic and taking the team that will win. The Suns without Devin Booker should have no hope in this game and while I wanted to play Richaun Holmes and Josh Jackson, I have much more confidence in Zach Collins being able to get to his spots more regularly. Even though his game log recently is half a step above pathetic, this is the first time the teams are meeting, and the Suns are still one of the worst teams when it comes to defense, and are literally the worst when it comes to guarding power forwards.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Clint Capela - C, HOU @ UTA (FD - $9,100)
If you want to go with Rudy Gobert, that's fine too. I am sticking with the lower price and it's hard to see one player having a clear-cut advantage over the other. Gobert is more established on defense, but Capela is still able to use his strength to get to his spots and thrive in the low-post. Gobert versus Capela will be the underlying matchup to watch, and even though I think Gobert will have a more productive night, Capela should provide value if you need.
