After a solid Friday night slate featuring nine games, Saturday features another excellent slate with 10 games. It appears that there should be a combination of one-sided and close games to target. This slate also features the Houston Rockets against the Los Angeles Lakers as the late night hammer which will certainly have major impacts on the overall slate.

FanDuel DFS Guards
Terry Rozier - PG, at NYK ($4,800)
Rozier made a name for himself late last season when Kyrie Irving went down for an ankle injury. With Irving back, Rozier will move to the bench but it appears that the Celtics will utilize him for 20+ minutes per game. Rozier lead the team in minutes off of the bench in their season opener where he totaled 11 points, eight rebounds, and one assist in 27 minutes. The Celtics are playing their second game of a back-to-back tonight so there is a chance that Rozier could see some extra minutes as Kyrie Irving saw 36 minutes last night. Regardless, Rozier should be locked in for 23+ minutes and is productive enough to reach 4-5 times his value fairly regularly.
Danny Green - SG, at WAS ($5,000)
In the Raptors Game 1 win against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Danny Green totaled 33 minutes with 11 points and five rebounds -- his results were clearly not excellent but his time on the court is very promising. Although the season is very young, the Raptors and the Washington Wizards have shown that they are able to execute with a high-game pace. There is reason to believe that this game will follow that narrative- a high-scoring, action-packed event. At $5,000, Green is a great option at SG to lock in a solid floor (and fairly high ceiling) and leave some money of the table to spend up on a stud, or two.

P.J. Tucker - PF, at LAL ($4,700)
Simply put, P.J Tucker looked excellent in the Houston Rockets season opener against the New Orleans Pelicans. In 34 minutes, Tucker totaled 19 points with two rebounds and an assist. Tucker outscored James Harden and matched Chris Paul in points. Although Harden and Paul will most certainly out-produce Tucker in the long-term, they will also come at a much larger DFS price and see way more ownership. Tucker makes for an interesting low-owned, in relative terms to Harden and Paul, option for tournaments. Getting exposure to the potent Houston offense is never a mistake (or secret) and getting exposure to Tucker, rather than Harden and Paul, may prove to be profitable.
Bobby Portis - PF, vs DET ($5,900)
We're going to continue riding the hot-hand narrative here with Portis. Portis is coming off a 20 point, 11 rebound, 2 assist night over 33 minutes against the 76ers and he'll look to continue this play into Saturday night against the Detroit Pistons. Lauri Markkanen is expected to be out for at least another month and Portis will continue to benefit significantly with increased minutes. The Bulls trust Portis and until Markkanen returns, Portis will continue to be in play in tournaments.

Hassan Whiteside - C, vs CHA ($7,800)
The price on Whiteside seems to never increase and a fairly weak performance during the second leg of a back-to-back earlier this week has kept his price low. Whiteside has the upside of nearly any fantasy player- there is no reason why he shouldn't put up 40+ Fanduel points every game that he is playing full minutes. Play Whiteside while his price is low because it is only a matter of time until it shoots up.
