We have a relatively small Sunday slate, which is the case more often than not. With that being said, there are 15 total games today. Since these games are broken down into two slates, I'll be covering both slates.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel on 9/2/18. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

Walker Buehler - P, vs ARI ($9,300)
Buehler has looked outstanding this season, posting a 6-4 record with a 3.02 ERA through 18 games (17 starts). He has been a better option at home, as well, where his ERA drops to 2.43. Buehler gets a solid matchup against the Arizona Diamondbacks today, and he's a -160 favorite in a game set at 7.5 runs. He has been playing well enough to be used in all leagues.
Lance Lynn - P, vs DET ($8,000)
Lynn has been struggling a bit in his last few starts, but he gets a great matchup against the Detroit Tigers today. Through two starts against Detroit, Lynn owns a 1-1 record with a 2.03 ERA this season. He has flashed tremendous strikeout potential since joining the New York Yankees, as well. Lynn is a massive -224 favorite in a game set at 9 runs, and he makes a high upside option for a reasonable price tag.
FanDuel DFS Infielders
Luke Voit - C/1B, vs DET ($3,200)
It's difficult to avoid Voit at this point. He's hitting .414 with an .828 slugging percentage and a 1.296 OPS over his last 10 games. He has also recorded four home runs and nine RBIs in those games. Voit has struggled at times against left-handed pitching, but his price tag is entirely too cheap. He can be used in all leagues.
Travis Shaw - 2B, at WAS ($3,800)
Shaw has featured plenty of ups and downs recently, posting a .250 average with six extra-base hits (three home runs) and seven RBIs over his last 10 games. Today, he gets a great matchup against Jefry Rodriguez, who has struggled through eight games (six starts) this season. Shaw features 0.098 wOBA and 0.164 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching, as well.
Matt Carpenter - 3B, vs CIN ($4,300)
Carpenter continues to be one of the best hitters in the MLB. Over his last 10 games, he owns a .343 average with a .657 slugging percentage and a 1.067 OPS. He has posted a 54% hard-hit rate with a 96 mph exit velocity over the last 15 days, as well. Carpenter gets a plus matchup against Anthony DeSclafani, and Carpenter is an outstanding option in all leagues.
J.T. Riddle - SS, vs TOR ($2,300)
Riddle continues to find success, flashing consistency with upside over his last 10 games. He also owns 37% hard-hit and 46% fly ball rates with a 93 mph exit velocity in those games. He has been a better option against right-handed pitching, posting 0.066 wOBA and 0.02 ISO differentials against righties. Riddle also gets a great matchup against Sean Reid-Foley, and Riddle can be used in all leagues.
FanDuel DFS Outfielders
Giancarlo Stanton - OF, vs DET ($4,800)
Stanton has been ice cold recently, but he comes with tremendous upside. He owns 50% hard-hit and 46% fly ball rates with a 94 mph exit velocity over the last 15 days.
