FanDuel DFS Pitcher
Clayton Kershaw - P, LOS @ STL (FD - $11,500)
Kershaw is simply the best pitcher in action today and you should be doing what you can to get him into your lineups. He has allowed two or fewer earned runs in nine straight starts, which is him showing the signs he is back to his former self. He has seven or more strikeouts in four of his last five starts and is now up against the Cardinals, who come in with a 22% strikeout rate vs left-handed pitchers this season.
Steven Matz - P, NYM vs MIA (FD - $8,200)
Matz has actually looked really good as of late, with seven or more strikeouts in three of his last four starts, while allowing two or fewer runs in each of those four starts. Those numbers are up there with Kershaw, making Matz a very strong point per dollar play compared to him tonight. He is up against the Marlins, who come in with a team wOBA sitting at .289 vs left-handed pitchers this season, which is fourth worst in the league.
FanDuel DFS Infielders
Matt Olson - 1B, OAK @ BAL (FD - $3,600)
Olson and the Athletics are coming off a monster game last night and in an equally good spot tonight. They are facing off against Dylan Bundy, who is giving up a .404 wOBA to lefties along with 2.14 HR/9. Those are some horrible numbers and with his .244 ISO vs RHP, should put him in a spot for more power.
Daniel Descalso - 2B, ARI @ COL (FD - $3,600)
Descalso gets an automatic bump since the Diamondbacks are at Coors Field, so he is best used in a stack. He comes in with a .250 ISO vs left-handed pitchers but is facing off against Kyle Freeland, who has a legit 28% strikeout rate vs lefties.
Kris Bryant - 3B, CHC @ WAS (FD - $3,900)
Bryant has a .336 wOBA and .136 ISO vs right-handed pitchers this season and is now up against Joe Ross, who is giving up 1.49 HR/9 to righties this season. Bryant has three doubles in his last four games and is showing a nice bit of power which had been lacking since his return from injury.
Xander Bogaerts - SS, BOS vs TOR (FD - $3,800)
Bogaerts and the Red Sox come in with an implied run total set at 5.87, which is highest on the entire slate. He has two home run in his last five games, with two multi-hit games in that same span. Getting it done in all aspects, making him good for cash or GPPs.
FanDuel DFS Outfielders
Chris Taylor - OF, LOS @ STL (FD - $3,300)
Taylor is up against Autin Gomber, who is giving up a 38% fly ball rate and a 37% hard contact rate to right-handed hitters this season. That can lead to plenty of home runs, which lines up nicely with Taylor's .224 ISO vs left-handed pitchers this season.
Eddie Rosario - OF, MIN @ KAN (FD - $3,400)
Rosario makes a nice one-off in GPPs since he has power upside, but using him in a stack can often be limited, as the Twins aren't an offensive powerhouse. He comes in with .360 wOBA and a .220 ISO vs right-handed pitchers this season but is in a bit of a slump right now.
