FanDuel DFS Pitchers
Chris Sale - P, at BAL ($12,800)
Sale has been injured, but he still owns a 6-2 record with a 1.23 ERA and a 0.77 WHIP over his last 10 starts. He also owns a 14.1 K/9 over his last 66 innings. He gets a great matchup against the Baltimore Orioles, who have been playing surprisingly well since the All Star Break. Still, Sale is a -342 favorite in a game set at 8.5 runs, and he can be used in all leagues.
Luke Weaver - P, at KC ($7,000)
Weaver has featured plenty of ups and downs through 23 starts this season. Overall, he owns a 6-10 record with a 4.66 ERA and a 1.40 WHIP. He has also flashed up with an 8.2 K/9 this season. He gets an elite matchup against the Kansas City Royals in an extremely hitter friendly stadium. He's also a -163 favorite in a game set at 9 runs, and he can be considered in tournaments tonight.
FanDuel DFS Infielders
Matt Carpenter - C/1B, at KC ($4,600)
Carpenter has been one of the hottest hitters in the MLB over his last 10 games. Over that span, he's hitting .308 with nine extra-base hits (seven home runs), 10 RBIs, and one steal. He gets an elite matchup against a struggling Jakob Junis, and Carpenter can be used in all leagues.
Logan Forsythe - 2B, at DET ($2,200)
Forsythe is an extremely cheap option, but he has been playing at an elite level over his last 10 games. Over that span, he's hitting .414 with a .483 slugging percentage and a .968 OPS. He gets a solid matchup against Matt Boyd today, and Forsythe is an elite salary relief option.
Jose Reyes - 3B, at MIA ($2,100)
Reyes is expected to draw the start against the left-handed Wei-Yin Chen today. He has been cold recently, but he owns 0.036 wOBA and 0.106 ISO differentials against lefties. He is not safe enough to be used in cash games, but he's a solid salary relief option in tournaments.
Hernan Perez - SS, at ATL ($2,500)
Perez is an option that can always be considered against left-handed pitching. He features 0.073 wOBA and 0.15 ISO differentials against lefties. He has also been one fire recently, hitting .353 with a .647 slugging percentage and a 1.068 OPS over his last 10 games. He's another solid salary relief option in all leagues.
FanDuel DFS Outfielders
Ronald Acuna - OF, vs MIL ($3,900)
Acuna has caught fire recently, hitting .341 with a .659 slugging percentage and a 1.016 OPS over his last 10 games. He has also recorded six extra-base hits (three home runs), six RBIs, and two steals over that span. He has been a more consistent and more powerful option against right-handed pitching, and he can be used in all leagues.
David Peralta - OF, at CIN ($3,800)
Peralta is surprisingly cheap today. He's hitting .419 with a .744 slugging percentage and a 1.201 OPS over his last 10 games. He gets a great matchup against Luis Castillo in an extremely hitter friendly stadium. Peralta owns 0.07 wOBA and 0.101 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching, and he can be used in all leagues.
