We have a nine game slate, and there are good options on the board. Stacking will be big tonight, so look for some value where you can, and then load up on the star skaters where you can afford them.
Vegas lines are big when it comes to picking games to target, and that's a good place to start for goalies. When it comes to skaters, goal totals is another main place to start. Usually 5.5 goals is average, so targets games at six, and can look for goalies in games with a total at five.

DFS Forwards to Consider
Vincent Trocheck - C, FLA vs BOS (DK - $6,700, FD - $7,300)
Normally I wouldn't roster against the Bruins too much, but they have given up three goals or more in four of their last five games, and have the potential to be without two of their top defensemen tonight. This combined with the fact the Panthers are hot right now, make it is somewhat of a perfect storm to attack them in tournaments. Trocheck has seven points in his last four games, is on the second forward line and the first power-play unit.
Kyle Connor - W, WPG vs CHI (DK - $4,800, FD - $4,400)
Connor scored a goal in his most recent game, which was his first point in six games. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come, and will be able to build on that vs the Blackhawks, one of the worst teams in the league. He is on the top forward line and the second power-play, so the ice time will be there for him, just a matter of capitalizing on it. He taking over two shots per game, and can chip in with a blocked shot every now and then.
DFS Defenders to Consider
John Carlson - D, WAS @ NYI (DK - $6,100, FD - $5,800)
Carlson is usually one of the better cash game options on the slate, and tonight is no different, so load him up there. Carlson and the Capitals are up against the Islanders, are one, if not the worst defensive teams in the league, and not only giving up a ton of goals, but a ton of shots. This puts Carlson in a great spot, since he is on the ice for over 20 minutes per game, on the top defensive pairing, and the first power-play. He is taking over two shots per game, along with blocking about two shots per game.
Matt Grzelcyk - D, BOS @ FLA (DK - $3,100, FD - $3,500)
The Bruins have the potential to be without two of their top defenders, providing and opening for someone like Grzelcyk. He was on the third defensive pairing and the second power-play, both of which could change depending on the injury news. He has three points in his last three games, along with taking and blocking about one shot per game. Super cheap and could be seeing a bump in potential upside due to moving up in lines.
DFS Goalies to Consider
Jonathan Quick - G, LA vs DET (DK - $8,200, FD - $8,800)
Quick is one of the more expensive goalies on the slate tonight, but you are paying up for the win, which he is likely to come away with. He is up against the Red Wings, and comes in as a -235 favorite, which is massive in the NHL. He has four wins in his last six starts, and with the Kings barely holding on to a playoff spot, they need to pick up this win against a much weaker team. Quick has seen 32 shots or more in three of his last six games, so some decent upside in tournaments.
