What's up RotoBallers. We've reached the end of our run. I hope my plays have been helpful throughout the year and I've enjoyed being along for the ride with you all. Today we have 18 (!) games on the docket thanks to three rainouts last night, although only 15 will be available to pick from.
My goal as always is to help you find matchups for your DFS lineups to help you win on FanDuel. The lineup picks I recommend below are based on individual player stats, trends and their DFS pricing on FanDuel. Good luck tonight RotoBallers!

Offenses to Target for FanDuel Stacking
Texas Rangers vs Matt Boyd (L)
One of the key factors to consider as we complete this final week is to target teams still in the playoff hunt that haven't clinched. The AL West is a perfect situation with three teams (Texas, Houston, Los Angeles) all vying for the AL West and the last Wild Card spot. My choice of the three today is Texas, who is at home in a hitter friendly park versus a fly-ball pitcher. Matt Boyd pitched well his last time facing the Rangers (6 IP, 3 ER) but this is a hot Rangers team. They have scored at least six runs in three of their last five games including last nights 7-6 victory. I'm targeting Shin-Soo Choo, Adrian Beltre, Delino DeShields, and Prince Fielder.
DFS Starting Pitcher to Consider for FanDuel
Gerrit Cole (SP, PIT) - $10,000
Here's my favorite play of the day, but unfortunately it's going to cost you to sacrifice in offense. Cole has been excellent in his career versus the Cardinals with a 2.96 ERA lifetime and seven shutout innings his last time facing them. He's working on four consecutive games with at least seven strikeouts. Combine the fact he should get a secondary lineup from St Louis in the back-end of a double header and you've got a great play.
Drew Smyly (SP, TB) - $8,700
I'm riding the Smyly train till they kick me off. Smyly has a 12 K/9 rate over his last three starts and gets a Marlins team that typically struggles versus LHP, including their 4-2 loss last night to the hands of Matt Moore.
DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel
Evan Gattis (C, HOU) - $3,400
El Oso Blanco is coming alive at just the right time for the Astros. He's hitting .304 over his last 23 AB and provides excellent power potential for your C spot.
Albert Pujols (1B, CIN) - $3,100
Listen, the Barry Zito story is great and all, but we're here to win. Targeting Zito isn't a bad play, although he'll be limited to around 70 pitches. Pujols is 3-for-10 lifetime with a HR versus Zito and has 3 HR in the past week. Only $3,100? Yes, please.
Dustin Pedroia (2B, BOS) - $3,400
The Laser Show has come on strong in this final month, hitting .328 with a .963 OPS. He's 4-for-10 in his career versus Masahiro Tanaka who is coming off injury to make this outing.
Kris Byrant (3B, CHC) - $4,400
If you don't fork over the money for Cole this is one of the areas I would spend it. The rookie phenom has been carrying the Cubs in September, hitting .357 with a 1.002 OPS down the stretch. He's 4-for-9 in his career versus Anthony DeSclafani who has been struggling as the inning pile up.
Francisco Lindor (SS, CLE) - $3,800
My name is Max Petrie, and I was dead wrong about Francisco Lindor's potential at the plate. He's hitting .353 in the second half and .351 in September with a 1.020 OPS. That's correct, he has a higher OPS this month than Kris freaking Bryant. What a machine.
DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel
Kevin Pillar (OF, TOR) - $3,300
Pillar has been a roto-machine this last month. He has a .396 AVG in his last 48 AB with seven SB. No reason not to play him at that value price.
Ender Inciarte (OF, ARI) - $3,300
.332. That's Ender Inciarte's average versus RHP and at Chase Field. Not too shabby. This is name you'll want to keep in my mind for 2016 draft day, but that doesn't mean we can't use him now. He's hitting .320 in September to boot.
Brett Gardner (OF, NYY) - $2,500
Remember when every freaked out about Gardner's "leap" as a top 20 player in the first half? Me neither. He's hit .203 in the second half but he does have a juicy matchup with Wade Miley tonight (5-for-12) and his bat has come alive this past week.
