While the country stirs and protests over Tuesday's election decision, the NBA season continues.
Eight games make up Friday night's slate. The Cavaliers will look to bounce back after their first loss of the season, while Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder host Chris Paul and the Los Angeles Clippers in what should feature plenty of explosiveness.
These are my daily fantasy NBA lineup picks for FanDuel on 11/11/16. Note that these DFS lineup picks can range from some of the elite NBA players to mid-priced DFS options and value play sleepers on FanDuel. Let's get rolling…

FanDuel DFS Guards
Shelvin Mack - PG, @ ORL ($3,900)
George Hill will be a game time decision Friday night, and has already missed two straight games with a sprained right thumb. Shelvin Mack has started in his place and has produced enough for his price, 18.5 and 18.1, in his temporary starting role. Mack has seen the floor for 28 and 24 minutes over that span, posting five assists in each. He is a cheap option, handcuffed to the status of Hill.
Sergio Rodriguez - PG, vs IND ($5,200)
It's hard not to want to spend up at the guard position, but drafting someone like Russell Westbrook is just way too obvious. Draft Westbrook, of course, but it might be wise to spend up elsewhere on Friday's slate. Spending down for Mack and Sergio Rodriguez will help you do so. Jerryd Bayless continues to miss time with a wrist injury, ushering Rodriguez into the starting five indefinitely.
Rodriguez hasn't blown the roof off stadiums, but his minutes-played have impressed me the most. He has played less than 28 minutes only once, while logging over 30 in four of seven contests. His other stats have not been too impressive of late, but he has shown the ability to flirt with a double-double consistently. The Sixers are still looking for their first win of the season, and will look towards Rodriguez's assisting abilities.
DeMar DeRozan - SG, @ CHA ($9,000)
There aren't many players, if any, more on fire than DeMar DeRozan at this point in the season. DeRozan stumbled a bit (if you want to call 23 points against the Sacramento Kings stumbling) during his early-campaign tear, but bounced back for 37 points, six rebounds, and four assists in his most recent contest versus the Oklahoma City Thunder. Expect this game to be competitive, and for DeRozan to continue his sharp shooting.
Also Consider: Rodney Hood - SG, @ ORL ($5,400)
FanDuel DFS Forwards
LeBron James - SF, @ WAS ($9,900)
A day after meeting Barack Obama and being honored for last season's championship at the White House, and two days after dropping their first game of the 2016 campaign, the Cleveland Cavaliers are hungry and ready to bounce back. Luckily for them, if they even needed the help, the Cavs visit the less-than-stellar Washington Wizards. LeBron is the top small forward on Friday, rightfully so considering he's averaging close to 50 fantasy points per contest for FanDuel. The King has his eyes set on triple-doubles this season, and should feast on the Wizards. He's worth every dollar.
Thaddeus Young - PF, @ PHI ($5,400)
Thad Young has yet to have his breakout performance in an Indiana Pacers uniform. He played the most minutes (36) with his new team in Indiana's last contest, but was unable to do much, falling short with only five points, five rebounds, and two assists. Thad should be serving as an all-purpose man for the Pacers, but has fallen short in that role thus far. He has scored over 15 points and grabbed over six boards in only one game this season. If there is a game to finally explode in, it should happen against the winless 76ers.
Also Consider: Noah Vonleh - PF, vs SAC ($3,700)
FanDuel DFS Centers
Lucas Nogueira - C, @ CHA ($3,700)
Lucas Nogueira, like Shelvin Mack, is handcuffed to the team's starter at his respective position. Jonas Valanciunas, the Raptors regular everyday center, will be a game time decision, ailing from a bruised knee. Nogueira, in Valanciunas' absence, has put up two solid showings in his spot-starts, specifically in his most recent (1o points, seven rebounds, one assist, two blocks, two steals). If Valanciunas doesn't lace up, Nogueira is a steal for his price and upside. Even if Valanciunas plays, Nogueira is still a tournament option. It's unclear how healthy Toronto's starting center will be.
Also Consider: Andre Drummond - C, @ SA ($8,200)
