FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (8/7/16): MLB DFS Advice

The Colorado Rockies are facing off against the Miami Marlins in Coors Field. Attack that game. There are a couple other must-plays tonight. Find out who below.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball MLB lineup picks for FanDuel on 8/7/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from high-priced to low-priced options and identify options who will out-perform their expectations, including sleepers and value plays on FanDuel.

DFS Lineup Stacks to Target for FanDuel

Texas Rangers

The Texas Rangers get a great matchup tonight against the Houston Astros and Joe Musgrove. Musgrove looked solid in his last game, but he is unlikely to continue to pitch well, especially deeper into games. Use the Rangers in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

Minnesota Twins

The Minnesota Twins have been hitting well of recent, especially Joe Mauer, who is entirely too cheap on FanDuel. The Tampa Bay Rays are likely not going to slow them down. While they do strikeout quite frequently, they also have a ton of power. Use them in tournaments.

San Francisco Giants

The San Francisco Giants look like they finally found a little something on offense. Eduardo Nunez hit extremely well yesterday, and it sparked the team. This momentum needs to continue into tonight's game against the Washington Nationals and Tanner Roark. Use the Giants in tournaments.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider for FanDuel

Yu Darvish

Yu Darvish is too cheap over at FanDuel. His price tag is too high over at DraftKings. The Texas Rangers' starter gets a great matchup against the strikeout-prone Houston Astros' offense, and he should be able to score a boatload (a very calculated amount) of fantasy points tonight. Use him in all formats on FanDuel.

Adam Wainwright

Adam Wainwright is one of the better pitching options on the board tonight. He gets a great matchup against the Atlanta Braves, and he should be able to continue to pitch well. He struggled against the New York Mets recently, but that will likely not happen again.

DFS Infielders to Consider for FanDuel

Catcher (C) - Cameron Rupp

Cameron Rupp has been hitting well of recent, even against the San Francisco Giants and Madison Bumgarner. In his last 10 games, he is averaging double-digit fantasy points with a batting average over .300. He should be able to hit tonight against the San Diego Padres.

First Base (1B) - Joe Mauer

Joe Mauer is absolutely on fire right now, hitting almost .500 over his last 10 games. His price tag is a joke on FanDuel, so use him in every single lineup without hesitation.

Second Base (2B) - Jean Segura

Jean Segura has been great of recent for the Arizona Diamondbacks. In fact, he has been great all season. He has over 10 fantasy points in three of his last five games, and he should be able to hit against the Milwaukee Brewers in Arizona tonight.

Shortstop (SS) - Adeiny Hechavarria

If he was not hitting in Coors Field, Adeiny Hechavarria would likely not find his way onto this list, but he is. Colorado is a great place to score runs, and the Miami Marlins should do just that tonight. Use Hechavarria in tournaments due to his low-ish price tag.

Third Base (3B) - Hernan Perez

Hernan Perez has been great this month and season for the Milwaukee Brewers. He gets a great matchup against the Arizona Diamondbacks in hitter-friendly Arizona, so he is worth consideration in both 50/50 contests and tournaments tonight. Use him.

DFS Outfielders to Consider for FanDuel

Carlos Beltran

Carlos Beltran has been solid since getting traded to the Texas Rangers. He has over double-digit fantasy numbers in two of his last three games, and he should be able to produce tonight against Joe Musgrove. Use him in all formats.

Eddie Rosario

Eddie Rosario has huge upside tonight for the Minnesota Twins. The Tampa Bay Rays do not have great pitching, and he has over 20 fantasy points in two of his last three games. In fact, he has over nine fantasy points in five straight and over 20 fantasy points in three of those five. Do not hesitate to use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.
