BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: High-end RB2
ANALYSIS: New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) has continued to miss practice this week, putting his status for Sunday's game against the Chiefs in doubt. Assuming Stevenson is sidelined, former Dallas Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott would be the lead back for the Patriots.
Stevenson missed last week's win over the Steelers, which led to a heavy workload for Elliott. He had 22 carries for 68 yards in the Thursday night victory while also adding seven receptions for 72 yards and a score.
Elliott might not be the stud player he was in Dallas, where he twice led the NFL in rushing yards, but he's still capable of delivering results when he gets an opportunity. He's really seen an increase in his passing game usage recently, with 13 targets over the past two games.
Fantasy managers should consider Ezekiel Elliott to be a high-end RB2 play this week against the Chiefs because of his volume. There's a chance the game script could hurt his upside on the ground, but the upside in the receiving game should make up for that if the Patriots go down big early.
