ANALYSIS: I get the concerns about Evan Engram's upcoming/potential usage falling down once the Giants' receivers start to get healthy as the season progresses. Now, my question is, will that truly happen? Not the loss of targets by Engram, but the receiving corps getting healthier. Given how the season has gone for all poor Big Blue receivers I am way skeptical about that if I'm honest.

Engram has played just four games this season (he himself entered the year recovering from injury, just imagine) but he's been targeted 4+ times every time and has three games of 5+ targets, two of 6+, and he's actually coming off his best game of the year after posting an 8-6-44 line against Carolina. Engram has yet to find paydirt and score his first TD of the season, but that should be coming his way sooner rather than later judging by his volume and relatively high snap share of 70% on average through the year.

It is not that you have many options at the TE position if you opted to pass on a stud early in your draft, and with byes already hitting that gets amplified by a lot. Just this next week two great players at the position will be out with Baltimore and Las Vegas out of the schedule. Engram is most probably not going to be a league-winning tight end ROS, but he's been good for four TE3 finishes, two TE2, and the top-11 TE of W5 so you can definitely do much worse than rostering and/or streaming Engram for now on or at least until the Giants' receiving corps get clogged when everybody healthy (doubtful, but possible)
