BALLER MOVE: Add in 14-team leagues
OWNED IN: 14% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Ersan Ilyasova is the definition of an NBA journeyman, having played for six different teams throughout his career. He's back with the Bucks, where he started his NBA career, and he's crafting a nice role for himself in Milwaukee. Ilyasova may not be the most flashy player available on your wire, but he has been hot lately and could certainly be playing himself into more minutes.
Over the past week, Ilyasova is averaging 14.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, and an impressive 2.0 three's per game across an average of 23.7 minutes per night coming off of the bench. He's taking smart shots and knocking them down, having converted on 52.5% of his field goal attempts this season, including 39.3% of his three-point looks. He's only seen one game with less than 20 minutes this year, so there shouldn't be too much concern regarding his playing time.
Ilyasova is a player who is capable of heating up from downtown at any point and is also capable of corralling double-digit rebounds. He is someone who is worth a look in deeper leagues if you're after some points, rebounds and three's on a strong field goal percentage. He doesn't add much defensively, averaging 0.8 steals and 0.3 blocks per game but his offensive value is solid, especially when one considers his healthy percentages. He's worth a look in 14-man leagues, especially if you're looking for someone to help salvage your FG% or your FT% as he's converted on 82.4% of his free-throw attempts this season.
