BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: Erasmo Ramirez was widely expected to be the fifth starter for Tampa Bay, but began the season in the bullpen. It turns out a short reliever role is suiting him just fine. Ramirez has managed to put up four wins and two holds in relief, which makes him quite useful in multi-category rotisserie leagues. He is not a strikeout machine (6.5 K/9) and will likely never be considered for a closer role. More than likely he could move to the rotation in case injury strikes a Tampa starter before Alex Cobb returns. In the meantime, deep league owners looking for a cheap alternative could find value here.
