EPL DFS Lineup Picks for DraftKings And FanDuel (4/26/25) - English Premier League Soccer Matchweek 34

Brandon's DraftKings and FanDuel EPL DFS lineup picks for English Premier League Soccer on 4/26/25 (Matchweek 34). His top daily fantasy soccer forwards, midfielders, defenders, goalkeepers.

Welcome back to “The Kick-Off,” and welcome to the 2024-2025 season! Fixture congestion is here to stay! Rotation will continue to be a factor until fixtures start spreading out again. Let’s kick off Matchweek 34!

The top favorite for this week is Newcastle United -650 vs Ipswich Town FC +1400. I will guide you through this four-match slate starting at 10:00 A.M. EST on Saturday, April 26.

If you have any questions on today's slate, bankroll management, GPP strategy, Cash game strategy, or anything else, don’t hesitate to contact me at [email protected], via X @df_solutions, or in our Discord chat rooms.

EPL DFS Goalies

José Sá - DK $5.7K || FD $13

Opponent - vs. Leicester City

Value at the goalkeeper position for this slate is unheard of. There are the likes of Alphonse Areola or Aaron Ramsdale (DK $3.8K || FD $9). However, neither has a strong chance of reaching value. Although with all of the injuries to Brighton, Areola’s chances of reaching value are stronger.

Wolverhampton is a top-ten club defensively across the board in their last five domestic fixtures. Leicester City is a bottom-three club defensively across the board. If Sá keeps his sheet clean, he will reach value.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Nick Pope (DK $6K || FD $14) vs. Ipswich Town FC
  • Alphonse Areola (DK $4.1K || FD $10) at Brighton & Hove Albion

EPL DFS Forwards

Matheus Cunha - DK $10.8K || FD $22

Opponent - vs. Leicester City

Matheus Cunha missed double-digit fantasy points in the 1-0 win at Old Trafford last weekend. In that match, he produced one shot, one chance created, three crosses, one corner, and one tackle. Over his last five matches–including three prior to his injury–he had accumulated three goals, 14 shots, 11 chances created, 22 crosses, 12 corners, six tackles, one interception, and four clearances.

Luckily for Cunha and Wolverhampton, Leicester City is a bottom-three club defensively in every meaningful metric. Furthermore, per fbref.com, Cunha is the second-best player in the Premier League this season in Shots On Target Per 90. He is also the 10th best in Goals + Assists. As the primary set piece taker with ceiling potential and a prime matchup, his $10.8K salary on DraftKings is manageable.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Alex Iwobi (DK $9.7K || FD $20) at Southampton
  • Alexander Isak (DK $8.1K || FD $23) vs. Ipswich Town FC

EPL DFS Midfielders

Andreas Pereira - DK $8K || FD $16

Opponent - at Southampton

Andreas Pereira has extended his pointless run to five matches in all competitions. In that timeframe, he has produced five shots, eight chances created, 32 crosses, 16 corners, two tackles, and one interception.

Southampton's last five domestic matches have placed them just outside the bottom ten across the board. However, they are fourth-worst in both In-the-Box Goals Against Per 90 and Penalty Area Defense. This screams poor aerial defense. If Pereira can whip in one lucky cross, he makes instant value.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Harvey Barnes (DK $10.2K || FD $19) vs. Ipswich Town FC
  • Matt O’Riley (DK $6.4K || FD $13) vs. Wolverhampton

EPL DFS Defenders

Kieran Trippier - DK $6.3K || FD $11

Opponent - vs. Ipswich Town FC

Kieran Trippier is back and has once again taken over full control of the Magpies' set pieces. The fullback has managed one assist, one shot, eight chances created, 21 crosses, 21 corners, 16 tackles, one interception, and 14 clearances. His lack of crosses, excluding set pieces, is concerning; however, his tackles and willingness to challenge attackers are very promising.

Throughout the last five domestic fixtures for Ipswich Town FC, they are the worst club in metrics against Per 90. Furthermore, they are the worst at In-the-Box Shots Against Per 90, In-the-Box Goals Against Per 90, and Penalty Area Defense. If Trippier can find a way to start attacking the flank again and rely less on set pieces, he has a strong chance of a ceiling performance here.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Rayan Aït-Nouri (DK $6.4K || FD $13) vs. Leicester City
  • Jean-Clair Todibo (DK $2.5K || FD $10) vs. Brighton & Hove Albion

Corner Takers

  • Brighton & Hove Albion: Matt O’Riley
  • West Ham United: James Ward-Prowse
  • Newcastle United: Kieran Trippier
  • Ipswich Town FC: Julio Enciso
  • Southampton: Mateus Fernandes
  • Fulham FC: Andreas Pereira
  • Wolverhampton: Matheus Cunha
  • Leicester City: Luke Thomas/Bilal El Khannouss/Facundo Buonanotte

Thanks for reading The Kick-Off. Good luck in all of your contests today!
