ANALYSIS: While it is a little bit surprising to find a player of Emmanuel Sanders caliber available in 75% of fantasy league, the truth is that those thoughts are more linked to his past than his present. Sanders finished four of the six seasons between 2013 and 2018 span as (at least) a WR2 playing for Pittsburgh and Denver, but the two games he had played to date for Buffalo prior to his Week 3 explosion were rather disappointing--he finished with 9.2 and 6.8 PPR points for back-to-back WR65 finishes in those slates.

Then, Sunday happened. And Sanders cooked along with Josh Allen in helping the Bills snath a W against Washington. Sanders went on to catch 5 of his 6 targets, racked up 94 receiving yards, and hauled in a couple of touchdowns on top of everything. The 26.4 PPR points ranked as the fifth-highest tally among WRs (pending MNF) and the score was good enough for an 11th-best overall finish. Not bad for a player rostered in a quarter of all Yahoo competitions.

Sanders is definitely not going to catch 2 TDs per game going forward, but there is a decent chance he keeps logging high catch rates (68%+ in each of the past three seasons) while getting 12+ YPR on those completions. Sanders is obviously past his prime, but playing with an above-average QB in Allen his upside has been boosted from last season's and his partnership with Drew Brees. Get Sanders in your roster before it's too late, even in shallower fantasy formats.
