Welcome to Week 8, RotoBallers! It's just about the half-way point of the 2019 fantasy football season, and we're here to help you through those injuries and bye-week blues. Below are our early Week 8 standard scoring (non-PPR) rankings for fantasy football, including some running notes on relevant injuries and rankings updates:
- Josh Gordon (knee) has been placed on IR and may be done for the year.
- Adam Thielen (quad) is officially ruled out for Thursday Night Football.
- Tyrell Williams (foot) got in a limited practice on Wednesday.
- Davante Adams (toe) stretched with the team and could be a game-time decision.
- Sammy Watkins (hamstring) got in a full practice and is on track to return.
- Dan Quinn expects quarterback Matt Ryan (ankle) to play in Week 8
- A.J. Green is not expected to play in Week 8.
- Drew Brees is practicing and could be a game-time decision.
- Patrick Mahomes practiced on Wednesday, and is not yet ruled out for Week 8.
- David Johnson is questionable and not yet ruled out for this week.
- Kerryon Johnson (knee) was place on IR and underwent a procedure on Tuesday.
- Chris Thompson has been ruled out for Week 8.
These rankings will be updated continuously throughout the week (along with our PPR and Half-PPR rankings) as team practices ramp up, more injury news is released, and player status reports are updated.

Week 8 Standard League Rankings (Non-PPR)
Note that quarterbacks, defenses and kickers are all grouped separately towards the bottom. Each of those positions is ranked on their own. This is to allow owners to compare running backs, wide receivers and tight ends for their FLEX spot (without seeing QB, DEF, K mixed in).
