BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 5% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Since being promoted to the major leagues a month ago, Dustin Fowler has hit a respectable .247/.300/.452 with four home runs and four stolen bases in only 80 plate appearances. The category juice would be enough to make him interesting, but Statcast data suggests he should be doing even better, pegging him for a .298/.351/.497 line. It's not hard to understand why. Fowler is hitting the ball hard often, and along with his speed and contact ability, that certainly seems like it should be a recipe for a plus batting average.
Fowler has also been getting looks recently in the leadoff spot against right-handed pitchers. He still figures to sit against most southpaws, but there's definite deep-league appeal here with potential for mixed-league relevance. You can add the Oakland rookie in almost any league currently.
