Undervalued DraftKings Sleepers For Week 6
Nick Foles $6,800
He is cheaper than Eli Manning this week, and I would expect a shootout in this game. The Giants defense is currently ranked 25th against the pass with 276 pass yards allowed per game. Matt Ryan threw for 316 pass yards this past week against the Giants D. Nick Foles should score 20-25 pts, as the over under for this game is 51 points.
Ryan Tannehill $6,100
I expect the Fins to be trailing most of the game and Tannehill will be forced to pass and play catch up. Green Bay actually features one of the the top pass defenses in the league allowing only 209 passing yards, but the Jets and Vikings are helping to bring down that total. Brian Hartline should also be an intriguing sleeper in this one.
Ronnie Hillman $3,000
With Montee Ball out for a couple weeks, Hillman likely takes over the lead role. He showed far more burst than Ball and the latest reports have him getting the most carries in the Denver backfield. I am projecting him for around 15 pts so rostering him for $3000 is a very safe bet.
Andre Ellington $5,100
I like Ellington in PPR leagues and Draftkings offers PPR scoring. He scored a couple TDs vs the Broncos. One on a run and the other on a wheel route that some would say was a forced pass. He has a good matchup vs Washington this week and maybe Carson Palmer will even be back to help his cause. 15 pts sounds about right in this one.
Keenan Allen $5,800
Rivers still loves to throw to Gates but Allen should get his looks in this one and finally rebound for a big game. Six catches for 80 yards with a possible score sounds about right. We just have to hope the Chargers do not blow out the Raiders too early in this one which would lead to the Chargers running out the clock with Branden Oliver (himself an intriguing sleeper). Carlos Rogers should be covering Allen in this one and thus far the Raiders do feature one of the top pass defenses in the league, but that shouldn't slow down Allen too much.
Roddy White $4,800
At $4,800, I am sure Roddy will be in most of my lineups in week 6. With another expected shootout against the Bears with both defenses at the bottom of the league, a 100 yard receiving game is very realistic for Roddy. Kyle Fuller should be covering Julio Jones in this one, and he actually looked very good vs Kelvin Benjamin last week. The Bears allow 246 pass yards per game though, and this game features the highest over under total that I have seen for this week at 54 points. Roddy is a great start in week 6.
Larry Donnell $3,500
Donnell posted a goose egg vs. the Falcons but he did mention he received extra attention from the Falcons D. Priced at $3,500 it will be hard to avoid him against the Eagles. The Eagles are the 8th best defense against the TE, but Eli loves his tight ends and we expect Donnell to put up a big game.
Zach Ertz $3,600
Another TE priced below $4,000 allowing you to stack the rest of your lineup. 50 receiving yards should be expected in this one.
Titans Defense $2,900
The Jaguars were expected to score plenty of points and in particular Blake Bortles was supposed to torch the Steelers pass defense. However, that never happened as the Steel Curtain sacked Bortles and picked him off twice. One of the interceptions was returned back for a touchdown.
Every defense that has faced the Jaguars to date has posted at least 10 pts. I expect the trend to continue this week as well. Expect a couple of sacks and interceptions in this one. The Titans D is priced very reasonably at $2,900 this week.
