We have made it to the official end of the regular season: the Army-Navy game in Philadelphia. This is the only game in town this weekend since the sham we call the Heisman Trophy is nothing more than an embarrassing popularity contest among players in the CFP. It is not an accurate representation of the best player in college football anymore. If it were, Hendon Hooker, Bijan Robinson, Blake Corum, and Mohamed Ibrahim would all be in New York.
The Commander-In-Chief trophy has already been claimed by Air Force this season with wins over both of these teams, but there's still plenty riding on this one. Army needs a win to make it to a bowl game this year. You know that Navy would love to spoil their fun! Can they? Some of us may have some skin in the game, but we are far more concerned with the individuals that can help our DFS lineups!
I will be providing you with daily college fantasy football picks DraftKings for the Army-Navy game starting at 3 pm Eastern. We will take a look at the best captain plays and the utility plays to go with them.

DFS Captain Plays
Tyhier Tyler, Army ($17,700)
We know that the service academies love to run, and more often than not, they use several players to get the job done. However, since Tyler took back starting job in Week 11 against Troy, he has 271 rushing yards and six touchdowns on the ground to go with 119 passing yards in those three games. Tyler is the leading offensive player on either team in that span and is the best bet to lead the way again in this game.
Daba Fofana, Navy ($13,200)
Fofana leads the Middies with 175 rushing attempts and he didn't get his first carry until Week 4. Since then, he has had at least 20 carries in all but two games since then. He has only cleared 100 yards in three of those contests though and three of his six touchdowns were scored in the Tulsa game. His ceiling isn't nearly as high as Tyler's, but the volume is there in case he gets loose a time or three.
Other Captains: Jakobi Buchanan, Army ($15,900)
DFS Flex Plays
Jakobi Buchanan, Army ($10,600)
Tyrell Robinson is out and Ay'Jaun Marshall hasn't played since the Troy game, so it appears that Buchanan is the back of choice for the Cadets right now. And why not? He's part bulldozer. Buchanan was second on the team to Tyler in carries against UMass and scored twice on the ground. Buchanan's carries have remained mostly consistent throughout the season regardless of who is active for Army, so he seems relatively safe.
Vincent Terrell, Navy ($7,200)
I've learned that consistent carries are the key to cash in this game regardless of whether you play a GPP or cash. For cash, I wouldn't play a receiver at all. For GPP, you can play one receiver from each team, but you still need the guys who consistently get carries. Terrell is the other main back for Navy. He hasn't had less than four carries since Week 4 and all four of his touchdowns on the season have come since then. His carries were up in the last couple of games of the season, making Terrell a solid five points with the upside of low double figures.
Isaiah Alston, Army ($6,600)
Since Tyler is back under center, Alston has hauled in a few passes. Just a few though. As in four in the last three games. However, Xavier Arline hasn't thrown a pass in the last three games, so as much as I like Jayden Umbarger for the Middies, I just can't do it. It's a complete GPP shot in the dark. This one is more of a shot in a dimly-lit room.
Other Flex Options: Anton Hall, Navy ($8,200); Joshua Lingenfelter, Army ($5,600)
DFS Value Plays
Tyson Riley, Army ($4,400)
There is some risk involved in this one since Riley didn't have a carry against UMass in Week 13. However, he carried the ball 32 times in the two games prior. Riley only has two touchdowns on the season, so he's merely a volume play to pick up 40-60 rushing yards. His upside is relatively low, but the price is right.
Braheam Murphy, Army ($1,000)
Murphy carried seven times for 124 yards against UConn in Week 12, bolstered by a 75-yard touchdown run. He only gets around 3-6 carries per game on average and only had two against UMass. Murphy is the perfect GPP dart if you don't want to play receiver roulette. He should at least get you a few points thanks to his sparing number of touches per game, but there's at least some consistency to it.
Other Value Plays: Quinn Maretzski, Army ($4,200); Jayden Umbarger, Navy ($3,400)
