Hey! You can't fall asleep yet! There's still college football going on and still money to be won in DFS! It's not over until WE say it is! Are you with me? Let's finish Week 9 of the last great college football season the right way! There are some really good players in action after the sun goes down!
We have a packed slate to close out our college football Saturday. This is the way it should be! We start off in Tucson with the Beavers in town. Next up is Nevada, which just ended the nation's longest losing streak, hosting New Mexico. Fresno welcomes in one-loss UNLV. We end this on the islands with San Jose State heading to paradise to take on Timmy Chang's Hawaii team.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 10/28/23, locking at 10:30 PM Eastern. I’ll provide multiple suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Brayden Schager, Hawaii ($8,400)
You've heard me say it a million times: in DFS, volume is king. Schager has attempted 99 passes in the last two games and racked up 772 yards in those two games. King me! We can live with the interceptions with all of the other stats.
Brendon Lewis, Nevada ($5,800)
I'll chalk last week up to a good San Diego State defense. Lewis had his best game with Nevada the week before against UNLV. Lewis isn't going to break a slate, but he can allow us to buy somebody that can. We just want Lewis to put up good numbers, which he has against everyone but Fresno, USC, and San Diego State. Lewis should get back on track against the Lobos.
Also consider: D.J. Uiagalelei, Oregon State ($8,700)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Kairee Robinson, San Jose State ($5,800)
The Hawaii run defense is awful and Robinson has 228 rushing yards and four touchdowns on just 16 carries. He has scored two more touchdowns through the air as well. Robinson is doing everything for the San Jose State offense right now. Expect him to do the same in this one, at least until the game gets out of hand.
Jacory Croskey-Merritt, New Mexico ($4,400)
Croskey-Merritt has scored four touchdowns in the last two games. Andrew Henry is stealing carries on the regular, but not on the goal line. JCM is still getting the carries that matter and New Mexico, despite their struggles on defense, is still scoring points.
Also consider: Damien Martinez, Oregon State ($6,500); Jonah Coleman, Arizona ($5,600)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
Jacob Cowing, Arizona ($7,200)
Cowing has at least seven receptions in every game except for the opener against Northern Arizona. The bad news is that Cowing has yet to record a 100-yard game. That might not happen. Arizona isn't really built to stretch defenses, but I'll take the seven free points in my lineup before Cowing even does anything else. You can't underestimate that guaranteed production.
Tetairoa McMillan, Arizona ($6,400)
Hey, there are not a lot of proficient passing schools in this late slate. As with Cowing, McMillan gets a lot of volume. He has at least six receptions in four of the last five games and in each of the last three. It doesn't really matter who is throwing the ball for Arizona. Their receivers are really good.
Ricky White, UNLV ($4,700)
White is a big reason that the Rebels are already bowl-eligible. He has 17 receptions in his last two games alone with 248 yards and a pair of touchdowns. It will be a little tougher going against Frenso, but receivers have gotten behind the Bulldogs a few times this year. White is a great candidate to do the same.
Also consider: Steven McBride, Hawaii ($6,900); Jalen Moss, Fresno State ($6,300); Silas Bolden, Oregon State ($5,800)
DraftKings CFB Stacks:
San Jose State
The Hawaii defense isn't getting any better, but the offense is. That means the Warriors are keeping games closer, which means a lot more stats for everyone. Chevan Cordeiro returns to the place where he started his college career. Expect him to be amped up for this one. I like the prospect of using Quali Cooley along with Cordeiro and Robinson. That will make your stack different. I'm not enamored with any of the receivers, but Nick Nash has scored a touchdown in back-to-back games.
Also consider: Nevada, UNLV
