Hey! You can't fall asleep yet! There's still college football going on and still money to be won in DFS! It's not over until WE say it is! Are you with me? Let's finish Week 7 of the last great college football season the right way! There are some really good players in action after the sun goes down!
We start out in Fort Collins with a team that the Rams have never beaten coming to town (Boise State). We end this out on the islands with San Diego State taking on Hawaii. It's small, but a very interesting slate. Let's get this!
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 10/14/23, locking at 9:45 PM Eastern. I’ll provide multiple suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi, Colorado State ($6,300)
I'm not messing with the Boise State quarterback situation and I'm not throwing a quarterback at the Aztecs. That means I'm not paying up for the slot tonight. There are plenty of other spots to spend the money. Fowler-Nicolosi has been a revelation for the Rams. He has at least 300 passing yards in three of the four games he has started. Last week was his only truly bad outing, and I doubt Boise can turn him into a repeat of that. We should get around 20 DraftKings points here at a very reasonable price.
Jalen Mayden, San Diego State ($6,000)
The Aztecs' offense was a total disaster against the Air Force before the bye. Now they get a trip to paradise with a weak defense waiting for them. The San Deigo State run game is a crap shoot, but Mayden usually puts up solid numbers and can rack up a few dozen rushing yards as well.
Also consider: Brayden Schager, Hawaii ($7,500)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Ashton Jeanty, Boise State ($8,000)
Colorado State's run defense has been serviceable, but Jeanty has been nearly unstoppable. Memphis held him in check yardage-wise, but he scored four touchdowns in that game so he was still DFS gold. Jeanty's low mark on the season was last week with 21.3 DraftKings points against San Jose State. He's a lock at ANY price right now.
Tylan Hines, Hawaii ($5,500)
Hines got a decent amount of work for a running back in a run-and-shoot offense before his injury in Week 2. He had 12 touches against UNLV before the bye, so Hines should be back to a normal workload in this one. Running back is really weak outside of Jeanty, so I'm going with the guy who catches passes too.
Also consider: Kenan Christon, San Diego State ($5,400); Kobe Johnson, Colorado State ($5,000)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
Eric McAlister, Boise State ($7,000)
It doesn't matter who is throwing him the ball. McAlister produces. He has at least 90 receiving yards in four straight games and has scored four touchdowns in that span. McAlister is a big play waiting to happen no matter who is throwing him the ball.
Tory Horton, Colorado State ($5,800)
If Horton ends up missing this game, I'll switch to Dallin Holker instead. If Horton plays, he's a target hog on a team that passes upwards of 45 times a game. Honestly, I like Holker even if Horton plays, but he's a lock if Horton misses this game. That's about a dozen vacated targets if Horton is out.
Brionne Penny, San Diego State ($4,100)
We can't just dismiss the San Diego State offense by that train wreck against the Air Force. No one else on their schedule will be able to do that to them again. Penny had 11 receptions in the two games before the Air Force game. I think he gets back on track here. Penny is a favorite target of Jaylen Mayden.
Also consider: Pofele Ashlock, Hawaii ($6,200); Stefan Cobbs, Boise State ($5,500)
DraftKings CFB Stacks:
Boise State
Boise is expensive, but affordable with all of the value plays out there. Jeanty and McAlister are my main targets, but I don't mind Cobbs either. The only question comes at quarterback. Taylen Green and Maddux Madsen split reps almost 50-50 against San Jose State last week. It's really hard to pay the price for either of them. If you do, I lean towards Madsen. He makes fewer mistakes than Green does, but Green has the rushing upside. That's not worth $1,400 more though.
Also consider: Colorado State, San Diego State
