I will provide you with the best tools to succeed and the information you need to create the optimal lineups for your GPP and cash game NHL contests on both DraftKings and FanDuel.

NHL DFS Analysis and Picks for 11/29/23

Today's NHL slate consists of three games, which offer some intriguing matchups. It seems unlikely that any team will be a popular pick for stacking, and hopefully, the Kings will remain under the radar. Let's take a look at my findings to help you make some money on this slate!

DraftKings and FanDuel Goalies - NHL DFS Picks

Ville Husso - DK $7.1K || FD $7.4K

Opponent - New York Rangers

As always build out your stacks and lineup to see what goalie options might be available, guessing right on the cheap goalie who gets the save bonus is huge on a 3 game slate.

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NHL DFS Picks

Anze Kopitar - DK $6.2K || FD $7.6K

Opponent - Washington Capitals

The Kings, led by Kopitar, have been on a winning streak of 5 games and are currently playing some of their best hockey in years. Tonight, they face the Caps, who are not known for their defensive strength. On shorter game slates like this, it's acceptable to take risks and deploy a 5-man Kings stack.

DraftKings and FanDuel Wings - NHL DFS Picks

Karil Marchenko - DK $5.0K || FD $6.1K

Opponent - Montreal Canadians

Since Marchenko's promotion to the top line, he has been performing well for the Jackets. He has scored goals in three out of his last four games, and the team has won three of those four games. Their latest win was an impressive one against the Bruins. Although Montreal is known to have a strong defence, they do not score many goals. Marchenko and his line should be able to take advantage of favourable matchups tonight on their home ice against the bottom six of Montreal.

DraftKings and FanDuel Defensemen - NHL DFS Picks

Michael Matheson - DK $7.0K || FD $7.4K

Opponent - Columbus Blue Jackets

It's clear that Matheson is currently the top defenseman for Montreal, given that he's on the top unit and runs their primary power play. Although their power play may not be outstanding, Matheson contributes by shooting and blocking shots. On three-game slates, we don't prioritize building our lineups around a player's floor. Instead, we focus on players who have high ceilings. Matheson has the potential to be the highest-scoring defenseman tonight, so we should consider him for our lineup.
