I will provide you with the best tools to succeed and the information you need to create the optimal lineups for your GPP and cash game NHL contests on both DraftKings and FanDuel.

NHL DFS Analysis and Picks for 11/08/23

Tonight, the NHL has scheduled a fun little three-game slate for us. We'll witness the first installment in the Battle of Ontario, which is always entertaining. Then, we have Florida taking on Washington, which promises to be full of fantasy goodness. Finally, we have the Kings facing off against Vegas, which should be a great hockey game, but maybe not so much for DFS. I'll provide some hopefully under-the-radar plays below that would assist you in cashing in.

DraftKings and FanDuel Goalies - NHL DFS Picks

Darcy Keumper- DK $7.5K || FD $6.7K

Opponent - Florida Panthers

Goaltenders, don't we just love them? Whether you're trying to save some money by stacking the Leafs or fading them and using Korpisalo, it's important to first build out your lineup and then consider your options in goal. On a three-game slate, don't stress too much if you end up with a defenseman playing against your goalie. It's possible for both players to hit value for you, and getting creative on a small slate is never a bad idea!

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NHL DFS Picks

Dylan Strome - DK $5.1K || FD $5.5K

Opponent - Florida Panthers

The reason I included Strome in my list is that he is unlikely to face the Barkov line for most of the game, which is critical when playing against Florida. Also, I'm looking for some good value picks tonight, as I want to have a lot of exposure to the Leafs/Sens game. The Panthers have a weak penalty kill when playing on the road and although the Capitals' home power play hasn't been great this season, Strome has been averaging more than 4 minutes per game on the PP at home. It's only a matter of time before the Capitals score a couple of goals with the man advantage, so tonight is a great opportunity to start.

DraftKings and FanDuel Wings - NHL DFS Picks

Trevor Moore - DK $4.9K || FD $6.0K

Opponent - Vegas Golden Knights

Moore who was my top waiver wire add this week is just priced too low tonight on DK, I know the game being in Vegas plays a part in that but Moore is averaging more than 3 shots and a point per game to start the season and he will avoid Pietrangelo and the Stone line tonight, this should be a very good hockey game and Moore has shown that he rises to the occasion in these games and I expect another great game from him tonight.

Jarnkrok (DK $4.0K || FD $4.1K)

DraftKings and FanDuel Defensemen - NHL DFS Picks

Gustav Forsling- DK $3.4K || FD $4.0K

Opponent - Washington Capitals

Forsling is still priced as a second or third-pairing defenseman, and that's a great opportunity for us to benefit from. In his last six games, he has made 20 shots and 11 blocks, which is exactly what we look for in our value defensemen. Moreover, tonight he is up against the Caps, who seem willing to let defensemen fire away from the point(See image below). This is a perfect matchup for Forsling, and it gives us a chance to gain a lot of value because he is priced under 4K on DK.
