We have a big prime-time slate on Saturday night with the real Prime Time heading to Lincoln. South Florida heads to Alabama to take on the Tide. Georgia Southern is out in Reno to take on the Pack. Kansas heads to Champaign to take on the Illini. Virginia heads down to Winston-Salem to take on the Demon Deacons.
The game in Lincoln isn't the only big one. Tennessee is in Raleigh to take on the other Wolfpack. Ohio State hosts Western Michigan at The Shoe. Houston heads up to Norman. We close this one out with a good Appalachian State team heading to Clemson. This is going to be a very interesting slate!
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 9/7/24, locking at 7 p.m. EDT. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Shedeur Sanders, Colorado ($10.2K)
The Nebraska defense is good, but Shedeur threw for 393 yards on Nebraska last year with three touchdowns (one rushing). He said that the win was personal last year. If it is again, look out...

Nico Iamaleava, Tennessee ($8.6K)
After watching the Pack struggle with Western Carolina last week, this could be an ugly game. Josh Heupel and Tennessee are going to go faster than anyone else. That means more snaps for Iamaleava even though college football is trying to take plays away. Not on Heupel's watch!
That means more opportunities to score for Nico and the Vols. If the Wolfpack defense struggles at all in this one, Iamaleava might break the slate.
Joey Aguilar, Appalachian State ($6.6K)
The Mountaineers won't be able to run on Clemson. Their ability to pull an upset will rest on Aguilar's right arm. Aguilar wasn't that accurate against East Tennessee State last weekend, so there is some risk involved here. This is all about the potential workload.
Also consider: Jackson Arnold, Oklahoma ($9.8K); Dylan Raiola, Nebraska ($8K); Anthony Colandrea, Virginia ($7.3K); Byrum Brown, South Florida ($5.2K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Quinshon Judkins, Ohio State ($7.8K)
This is going to be another laugher for the Buckeyes, but I'm banking on Judkins getting some receptions to distance him a bit in the DFS landscape from teammate TreVeyon Henderson. Both are great plays, but potentially bad plays in a blowout, if that makes any sense.
Phil Mafah, Clemson ($5.8K)
Mafah was predictably ineffective against that stout Georgia defense. He gets a reprieve against Appalachian State here. The Mountaineers allowed 183 yards on the ground to East Tennessee State last week. This is a great chance for Mafah to bounce back from a rough start.
Kobe Pace, Virginia ($5.1K)
Pace transferred from Clemson before the 2023 season without much success for the Hoos last year. He has the backfield to himself this year and turned that into a nice game against Richmond. He also got some work in the passing game, which is a little added DFS bonus.
Savion Red, Nevada ($4.8K)
Red racked up 135 yards against Troy last week and may have wrestled the starting job away from Sean Dollars in the process. Dollars is still going to see carries, but Red has looked more explosive in both games so far. He's a great value at this price against a Georgia Southern defense that allowed a staggering 371 rushing yards to Boise last week.
"We're not where we need to be, but they're starting to gel"
Nevada rushed for 214 yards on Saturday against Troy, including 135 from Savion Red on 11 carries.
The last time Nevada rushed for more than 200 yards in a game was during the Norvell era against CSU in Nov. 2021. pic.twitter.com/GWIdJBgThy

Also consider: Jordan Waters, North Carolina State ($6.1K); Gabe Ervin Jr., Nebraska ($5.3K); Dylan Sampson, Tennessee ($5.2K); Jalen White, Georgia Southern ($4.8K)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
Travis Hunter, Colorado ($9.2K)
There isn't a player in college that can cover Travis Hunter...maybe not even Hunter himself. Nebraska is going to try to frustrate him with different looks, but he's going to break loose at least once against them again.
Jahmal Banks, Nebraska ($7.3K)
The Wake Forest transfer was the favorite target of freshman phenom Dylan Raiola in the opener. That's not going to change. Colorado's defense was a problem again. Nebraska will do everything it can to get Banks away from Travis Hunter so he can get loose.
Pat Bryant, Illinois ($5.5K)
Bryant is the Illinois offense. He scored two touchdowns before departing in the big win over Eastern Illinois. In a game that should stay close throughout, I love the potential of Bryant for the price.
Isaiah Neyor, Nebraska ($5K)
The Wyoming transfer had a big game against UTEP. Travis Hunter can't cover both Nebraska receivers on every play. There is an avenue for both of them to have big games, but one of them should have a monster game. It could be Neyor, who packed on 121 receiving yards against UTEP.
Also consider: Kevin Concepcion, North Carolina State ($7.6K); Jimmy Horn Jr., Colorado (7.1K); Taylor Morin, Wake Forest ($5.5K); Kaedin Robinson, Appalachian State ($5.1K)
DraftKings CFB Stacks
Tennessee
The Vols are the most elite offense on this slate and the Pack defense doesn't look as formidable as last year. Bru McCoy is probably the receiver you want with Iamaleava, but Squirrel White can erupt at any time. I don't mind adding Dylan Sampson to the stack if you want four pieces.
Nevada
Boise ravaged Georgia Southern last week. Nevada's offense isn't quite as explosive, but their stable of running backs could have a field day against the Nevada defense. Red and Pat Garwo III are my favorite plays here and both are very cheap. Brendon Lewis and Cortez Braham Jr. are solid as well if you want to run a 4/4 lineup with Nevada and Tennessee.
Also consider: Nebraska, Oklahoma
