DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Lineup Picks for 3/4/21 - Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Round 28 of the EuroLeague season is back to the balanced split of games that we are used to. Four of the games will be played today with the other five going on Friday. That gives us a few more options to choose from. I had solid picks yesterday, but was too heavy on the Vitoria-Gasteiz blowout and too light on the Milan scoring fest with Fenerbahce. On a two-gamer those things make a big difference.

We still have some nagging injuries creating value on this slate. Both Arturas Gudaitis and Trey Thompkins were late scratches on Tuesday. It seems unlikely that either would play today, but keep an eye on those situations just in case. Nihad Nedovic, Sergio Llull, and Nikola Milutinov are definitely out though, so we know some value plays are still going to be safe. We're not as guard-heavy as we were on Tuesday, but there are still some big time plays that can eat up a lot of salary.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy EuroLeague lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/4/21. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard, forward, and center, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Guards

Vasilije Micic, Efes ($10,600)

Every shot that Shane Larkin took on Tuesday was from beyond the arc or at the charity stripe. That's a concerning trend if you want output you can count on. Micic provides the floor that you're not afraid to stand on. Honestly, this is a great matchup for both Efes guards, but Micic has been far more consistent and has looked better than Larkin of late. If you're in a large GPP, Larkin has the higher upside. Micic is the cash or single-entry choice. I think you need at least one in your lineup today though. This is the best spot on the slate for guards.

Krunoslav Simon, Efes ($7,400)

Simon feels cheap here, and did I mention that Efes has the best matchup? All kidding aside, Simon is enough of a hybrid guard/forward that he sees a lot of minutes even though he doesn't always start. Efes has scored at least 75 points in every game since the break. Now they face a team that has struggled on the defensive end all season long. There are going to be a lot of points scored in this one and I plan on having plenty of exposure.

Iffe Lundberg, CSKA ($6,000)

I also like Carlos Alocen and Shelvin Mack at this level who are getting more minutes due to injury, but there's a good reason that Mike James has had less production lately. It has everything to do with Lundberg. He made his EuroLeague debut on February 25 and has hit the ground running. Lundberg has played 54 minutes and racked up 50 DraftKings points in that time. I'm locking in Lundberg in every lineup.

Also consider: Wade Baldwin, Munich ($10,200); Jaycee Carroll, Real Madrid ($7,200); Chris Jones, Tel Aviv ($4,900)

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Forwards

Walter Tavares, Real Madrid ($10,500)

Tavares recorded his first double-double since December on Tuesday and he's not going to slow down anytime soon. Despite the rebounding numbers dipping a bit, Tavares still had at least 22 DraftKings points against everyone not named Athens. This is a solid matchup on paper, but paper doesn't tell the whole story. Tavares destroyed the St. Petersburg front in the first meeting going for 41.25 DraftKings points in just 24 minutes. Expecting that may be a bit optimistic, but I expect Tavares to be well over 30 DraftKings points today.

Bojan Dubljevic, Valencia ($8,700)

Dubljevic has taken a bit to get back going after a COVID layoff and the subsequent EuroLeague break. However, he seems to be back to the dominant form that he showed in October and November. Dubljevic has 60 DraftKings points in just 44 minutes over the last two games. The lack of minutes is a bit concerning, but I'm willing to chalk it up to both games getting out of hand. Dubljevic was playing around 28 minutes before his brief interruption. If he gets back up to that, he's a steal at this price in this matchup.

Mario Hezonja, Athens ($6,900)

Hezonja made a triumphant return to the EuroLeague on Tuesday with 25.5 DraftKings points against a pretty good Barcelona team. You can't say that for the Munich front. They have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to forwards this season. Hezonja is far too cheap for what he can do. He is my favorite play of the entire slate today and opens up a lot of cash to use on the stars, even though he is likely as good as any of them right now.

Also consider: Konstantinos Mitoglu, Athens ($9,500); Will Clyburn, CSKA ($7,900); Sertac Sanli, Efes ($6,500)
