DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (3/27/18): NBA DFS Lineups

There are eight games tonight and most of them should be high scoring. The Wizards-Spurs will be a slow paced game but there are still a few targets spread out that can provide plenty of value. The game you will want to stack is the Trail Blazers-Clippers game. With both teams still looking to secure a playoff spot, both teams NEED wins.

For the must-plays, Kyle Lowry, Khris Middleton, C.J. McCollum, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and yep you guessed it, Anthony Davis. Another value pick that should go overlooked will be Kelly Olynyk versus the Cavaliers tonight.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/27/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options, to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings. Feel free to stop by the Hoops Chat Room or on Twitter @HalfCourtJester, let's get rolling.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Dejounte Murray - PG, at WAS ($5,300)

Dejounte Murray scratched at a double-double last game and even though his usage has dipped in his more recent games, he's still producing. Things didn't end well for Murray last game and he caught an earful from Gregg Popovich after the game. It's doubtful this leads to less minutes for Murray but this could force him to respond with a bounce back game to make up for his previous mistakes. The Wizards rank eighth against point guards but it's still the Spurs so Murray's upside is capped more by his own system than he is by defenses.

Fred Van Vleet - PG/SG, vs DEN ($4,800)

Fred Van Vleet has scored 16 points in three consecutive games, taking close to 10 shots each game. Van Vleet has been one of the better players off the Raptors bench and there's no sign of that changing. The Nuggets are on the second night of a back-to-back which means there is a good chance the Raptors second unit will get some extra run against the Nuggets starters. The Raptors have already clinched and the Nuggets are straggling behind so don't expect a full workload from the Raptors starters.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Markieff Morris - SF/PF, vs SA ($5,600)

This pick has the odds stacked against it, but that makes it all the more enticing. The Spurs defense tends to lock down on opposing superstars and exactly why Morris should have all the more space to operate. Morris has two types of consistencies. One being the way he plays, always getting to his spot in the post and waiting on the perimeter for open shots. The other way being the way DFS players are more familiar with, hit or miss just about every night. In his past 13 games he has only had two outing scoring below 10 points, one of those times being against the Spurs. The Wizards lost that game by eight and Morris was a minus 18 in the box score so expect that to change.

Maurice Harkless - SF/PF, at NOP ($4,400)

This pick carries more weight now that Maurice Harkless is on a hot streak, but his upside should be increased against the Pelicans. Outside of Anthony Davis, the Pelicans struggle to defend opposing power forwards and Harkless is an athletic 3-and-D player. He's guaranteed just about 30 minutes a night and always gets his looks. Even if the rest of the Trail Blazers aren't hitting their shots, they look to get Harkless involved. You could also consider Chieck Diallo as a cheap PF/C option.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Jusuf Nurkic - PF/C, at NOP ($6,700)

When Jusuf Nurkic' price is this low, you have to roster him just in case he has another one of his 20 point, 10 rebound games, which is very likely. There's the very likely chance that Anthony Davis dominates this game but they will still need production from Nurkic. Hopefully, Diallo and Nurkic matchup with each other all night and the game can revolve around frontcourt offense and paint points, both Nurkic and Diallo's strengths.
