I hope everyone had a great weekend and enjoyed our final game of the NFL season. With football out of the way for the foreseeable future, we can focus our full attention on our fantasy hoops. The Association has seven games on tap, with Washington/Indiana, Denver/Charlotte and New Orleans/Utah being my target games for the evening.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 2/5/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options, to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings. As always, please check player statuses prior to lock time.

DraftKings DFS Guards
Kemba Walker - PG, @ DEN ($8,800)
The Hornets road trip continues with the team stopping in Denver for 48 minutes of oxygen deprivation. After coming off two consecutive games where he hit at least 53 fantasy points, he slowed down a bit on Sunday against Phoenix. Nonetheless, everyone is entitled to a day off, and Walker will look to bounce back against a team that is allowing 27 points per game to opposing playmakers this season.
Ricky Rubio - PG, @ NOP ($6,500)
Rubio has a favorable matchup against one of the worst defenses in the league. He has been on a roll as of late, accruing at least 40 fantasy points per game in each of his last three outings. He is actually playing better on the road this season, too, averaging 12 points, 5.2 assists and shooting five percent higher from the field. He will be matched up with Rajon Rondo, who is sporting an underwhelming 111.5 defensive rating, and will receive a 1.6 percent boost in his usage rating if both Donovan Mitchell and Rodney Hood aren't able to play. Speaking of that, if you are in search of a solid value play, check out Royce O'Neale if you are strapped for DFS Cash and the aforementioned players don't suit up.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
Otto Porter - SF/PF, @ IND ($7,100)
In the absence of John Wall, Otto Porter has seen an 4.1 percent increase in his usage rating. He has been on a tear as of late, and is easily the number two option on the Wiz behind Bradley Beal. He has hit at least 35 fantasy points in each game over a three game stretch and has a favorable matchup against the Pacers on Monday night.
Trey Lyles - SF/PF, vs. CHA ($5,300)
Lyles is one of those hit-and-miss players, but with such a generous price and Wilson Chandler playing like crap for most of the season, Lyles is a solid option. Though he comes off of the bench, he still gets his fair share of minutes in and is a threat for a double-double on any given night.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Rudy Gobert - C, @ NOP ($7,400)
Gobert is consistent as they come and can do it all. He can score, grab rebounds and is a shot-blocking nightmare. He really hasn't missed a beat since returning to the lineup and so far this season, he has hit at least five times value 34.62 percent of the time, which is very good. He has a nice matchup against a weakened Pelicans team and won't cost you an arm or a leg either.
