It’s Three Game Thursday and the stars will be out in force. All the big boys, sans Steph Curry, are primed for huge playoff performances and gobs of minutes. There are a few injuries to watch out for, so make sure to stay vigilant all the way up to gametime.
In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for DraftKings for 4/21/16. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.
Without wasting anymore time, let's get down to it!

DraftKings DFS Point Guards
Russell Westbrook (at DAL, $10,900)
Big Russ is doing his best George R.R. Martin impression by going full blown ice and fire this opening round series. Still, Russ’ ice is better than most of the league’s fire.
Shaun Livingston (at HOU, $4,100)
Judging by the Baby Faced Assassin’s comments on Wednesday, his sitting out for Thursday’s game may be a foregone conclusion. And even though Livingston is going to be a trendy pick, it’s hard to not take him after his magnificent 16 point, 6 assist performance in Game Two. Just don’t expect him to go 7-for-9 again.
Devin Harris (vs OKC, $3,300)
The decimated backcourt of the Mavericks has opened up some playing time for Raymond Felton and Devin Harris. Felton responded with a nice outing in Game Two, but do you really trust him two games in a row? That’s the main reason I really want to push Harris in some lineups.
DraftKings DFS Shooting Guards
James Harden (vs GS, $10,600)
The Beard has gone 7-for-19 from the field in two straight games against the Warriors. However, he scored only 24.25 DraftKings points in Game One, compared to 48.5 points in Game Two. The difference was free throws. He went to the line 15 times in Game Two and should once again take advantage of his aggressiveness in Houston.
Rodney Stuckey (vs TOR, $2,900)
Keep an eye on what’s happening with Monta Ellis. The veteran two guard missed practice on Wednesday and is currently listed as questionable for Thursday’s Game Three. If Ellis is out, that means Stuckey will see an increase in minutes. He has scored 31.5 DraftKings points in 36 total minutes of play this series.
DraftKings DFS Small Forwards
Paul George (vs TOR, $9,000)
The Raptors simply have not found an answer for PG-13. And with Ellis looking like he may miss Game Three altogether, George is going to have to shoulder more of the load than usual.
Andre Iguodala (at HOU, $3,900)
As expected, Iguodala performed admirably in Game Two as his playing time increased due to Steph’s injury. Though he played a little point guard on Monday, his bread and butter is still playing with a controlled intensity at the swing, attacking a getting-older-by-the-day Trevor Ariza.
.
DraftKings DFS Power Forwards
Draymond Green (at HOU, $9,400)
I would love to fit in Westbrook, Harden, PG-13 and Day-Day in one lineup, but I sincerely doubt it is going to be able to happen. Of the four, I’m not sure which one I’m going to drop, but I can tell you right now it is not going to be Green, who went 4-for-12 from the field in Game Two and still dropped nearly 50 DraftKings fantasy points.
Patrick Patterson (at IND, $3,400)
Patterson has looked as healthy as he has all season and is really starting to dominate down low against the Pacers. Luis Scola is losing more and more time to Patterson, who is about one more 30 minute game away from his price rise to about $5k overnight. Better grab him while you can.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Jonas Valanciunas (at IND, $6,000)
JV is the best option on the board and it isn’t even close. In cash games, I suspect his ownership numbers will be at or above 50%, meaning you should be fine with his roster. For tournaments, you might need to get a little creative.
