We have a split slate today. The early slate features seven games, while the later slate features six games. Since both of these slates can be played fairly easily, I'll be using players from each one.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on 4/11/18. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

DraftKings Starting Pitchers
Lance McCullers Jr. - P, at MIN ($11,100)
McCullers has struggled to pitch deep into games early this season, but his strikeout numbers have been elite. Through two games, he features a 3.48 ERA and 13.5 K/9. He gets a great matchup against the Minnesota Twins, who have the third highest strikeout rate on the early slate. McCullers is a -180 favorite in a game set at 8 runs, as well.
Nick Pivetta - P, vs CIN ($8,200)
Depending on the lineup the Cincinnati Reds utilize, they could feature multiple strikeout prone hitters. Pivetta has proven that he comes with tremendous strikeout potential, as well, recording nine Ks in 5.2 innings against the Miami Marlins. Tonight, he is a -114 favorite in a game set at 8 runs, making him one of the top pitching options on the later slate.
DraftKings Infielders
Jorge Alfaro - C, vs CIN ($3,100)
Alfaro has been a better fantasy option at home this season, where he is hitting for a higher average with more power. He has also been a better player against right-handed pitching. Last season, he recorded a 0.258 wOBA and 0.25 ISO differentials against righties. Tonight, he gets a decent matchup against Luis Castillo, who is a boom or bust pitching option. Alfaro is not necessarily a safe option, but he can be used in GPPs.
Tyler Austin - 1B, at BOS ($3,100)
Austin is not necessarily hitting for the highest average, but he has displayed tremendous upside this season. He has scored between 9 and 30 fantasy points in five of his eight games, but he scored 0 fantasy points in the other three games. He has dominated left-handed pitching throughout his career, and he gets a decent matchup against David Price tonight. Austin is a boom or bust salary relief option.
Yoan Moncada - 2B, vs TB ($4,200)
Moncada has looked outstanding against the Tampa Bay Rays this season, hitting for a .429 average with a 1.171 OPS. Keep in mind, this is in extremely limited games, but it shows Moncada's upside. He is also a better hitter against right-handed pitching, recording a 0.358 wOBA and 0.217 ISO against righties last season. Moncada has found ways to stay consistent and present upside this season, meaning he can be considered in all leagues.
Todd Frazier - 3B, at MIA ($3,500)
Frazier is a powerful hitter that has yet to hit a home run this season. He enters this game with a great 0.166 ISO differential against left-handed pitching, and he gets a good matchup against Jarlin Garcia. Even though he has yet to hit a home run, Frazier has displayed both consistency and upside this season. He's still relatively cheap, and he can be used in all leagues.
Nick Ahmed - SS, at SF ($3,300)
Ahmed is an option I'm using whenever he is playing against left-handed pitching. He enters this game with a 0.208 wOBA and 0.139 ISO differentials against left-handed pitching. He also hit .396 against lefties last season. He has looked outstanding against nearly everyone he has faced this season, and Ahmed can safely be used in all leagues tonight.
DraftKings Outfielders
Justin Upton - OF, at TEX ($4,700)
Upton has been enjoying a solid season, displaying consistency and power at the plate. He is also always a great option against left-handed pitching, and he gets a great matchup against Matt Moore tonight. Last season, Upton hit .344 with a 55.8% extra-base hit rate against left-handed pitching. He is not going to come cheap, but he can be used in all leagues.
Preston Tucker - OF, at WAS ($2,900)
Tucker has been enjoying a dominant season, specifically against right-handed pitching. He currently is sporting a 0.467 wOBA and .308 ISO against righties. He also has a 0.692 slugging percentage, displaying tremendous power this season. He gets a good matchup against A.J. Cole. Tucker is still a cheap option, but he's hitting near the middle of the Braves lineup, and he can be used in all leagues.
