The college basketball slate is loaded today! We have Indiana and Kansas from the Phog to start us off right at noon with Wake in Piscataway and Missouri heading to Orlando to take on UCF as the undercards. Providence heads to Newark to face Seton Hall a half-hour later. The fun doesn't end there! Next, we head to Birmingham for Alabama and Gonzaga.
2 pm Eastern brings us Houston in Charlottesville for a top-five matchup with Northwestern welcoming DePaul to the 'burbs as the undercard. We close this out with Ohio State and North Carolina from Madison Square Garden. What more could you ask for? Besides...you know...DraftKings putting other big games on the slate. Where is St John's and Florida State? Seriously!
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 12/17/22 starting at noon Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards
Chase Audige, Northwestern ($8,000)
Audige has scored in double figures in five straight games. He is also stacking up the peripherals with 17 rebounds, 13 steals, 11 assists, and even seven blocks! The results for the Wildcats have run the gamut of a big win against Michigan State, a blowout loss to Pitt, and a 43-42 loss to Auburn in a slog just before Thanksgiving. Audige is still averaging right around 30 DraftKings points per game. He feels matchup-proof at this point thanks to the huge peripheral stats.
D'Moi Hodge, Missouri ($7,200)
Hodge was the lone bright spot in the blowout loss to Kansas last weekend. The Tigers have been stewing on that for a week, so you know they're ready to get back out there. Hodge has scored in double figures in every game except for the game against Lindenwood where he played just 19 minutes. Hodge is a good shooter and is active on both ends of the court. That's what I'm looking for when paying this price.
Bruce Thornton, Ohio State ($6,000)
Thornton is a capable scorer, but he's the guy that gets the Buckeyes going. His solid defense and good passing keep that floor high. He's the young guy on a team full of veterans, but those veterans are starting to trust him. Thornton has 13 assists over the last four games and is scoring in the low double figures as well. He has at least 20 DraftKings points in five of the last six games.
Jaden Bradley, Alabama ($5,200)
Bradley has emerged with Nimari Burnett out. He has proven to be a really good passer and solid rebounder, as well as a capable scorer. He has put up good numbers against Alabama's gauntlet of a schedule. It doesn't get any easier against Gonzaga, but this is practically a home game in Birmingham and his peripheral stats alone should pay off this price.
Also consider: Kevin McCullar, Kansas ($7,600); Boo Buie, Northwestern ($7,200); Kihei Clark, Virginia ($6,600); Kadary Richmond, Seton Hall ($6,400); Dre Davis, Seton Hall ($5,200); Alyn Breed, Providence ($3,900)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards
Jalen Wilson, Kansas ($10,000)
Wilson was a solid player last year, but he has taken his game up several notches this year. He is averaging 22.1 points per game and 9.4 rebounds. Even in the blowouts (there have been many), Wilson is playing around 30 minutes and is a big reason why those games get to blowout status. A poor game against Tennessee in the Bahamas is the only blemish on his stellar game log this year. He has at least 36 DraftKings points in every other game.
Armando Bacot, North Carolina ($8,400)
As long as Bacot's price is this low, I'll play him every time out. Bacot now has four straight double-doubles and is a rebound against Iowa State shy of it being seven straight. His scoring is increasing and Bacot is still picking up an average of 11 rebounds per game. Those numbers almost feel low after what Bacot did last year, but I'm not complaining at this price.
Noah Clowney, Alabama ($7,000)
There's no putting the toothpaste back in this tube. After an inauspicious first couple weeks of college basketball, the freshman has exploded with 105.75 DraftKings points over the last three games. That's not against bad competition either. The Tide played South Dakota State, Houston, and Memphis in that span. He's going to have his hands full against the Gonzaga front, but this price feels low for what he's been doing. If he can drop 36 DraftKings points on Houston, I'm not that worried about Gonzaga.
Andrew Carr, Wake Forest ($5,900)
Keep an eye on the status of Zach Keller. If he's out again, Carr is worth a flier. He exploded for 33.75 DraftKings points in 37 minutes with Keller out against Appalachian State. If Keller plays, it's an easy pivot to Aundre Hyatt or Mawot Mag on the other side of this game.
Also consider: Drew Timme, Gonzaga ($10,100); Brandon Miller, Alabama ($8,500); Zed Key, Ohio State ($7,700); Clifford Omoruyi, Rutgers ($7,500); Jayden Gardner, Virginia ($6,400); Michael Durr, Central Florida ($5,100)
