We have a nice-sized Saturday slate with seven games. That's just as many as football! We get a nice double-dip as the college kids take a break after today and let the professionals take over for the next few days except the Diamond Head Classic. We still have some fun out-of-conference tilts here and a few in the Big East that will be important. One of those tips us off with Butler heading to Providence. The other early game has Mississippi State heading up to Jersey to take on Rutgers.
The afternoon starts in Cincinnati with Xavier hosting Seton Hall. We have Arizona taking on Florida Atlantic in Vegas in the Desert Classic. Vandy heads west on I-40 to take on Memphis. Villanova heads to Chicago to take on DePaul. We end this with a nightcap in Hartford between St. John's and UConn.
In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 12/23/23, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards
Kadary Richmond, Seton Hall ($8,400)
Show of hands...who actually wants to play the Hall right now? They knocked off Missouri and UConn in the last week and Richmond was largely to blame for both of those wins. He scored 37 points in the two games with 11 rebounds, nine assists, two blocks, and eight steals. Eight steals! That's 16 DraftKings points right there! The eight steals are unsustainable, but it shows you the ceiling that Richmond has. He is a strong contributor across all categories, which gives him a more sustainable floor than most at this price.
Desmond Claude, Xavier ($7,500)
The sophomore has quickly become the star of the team. Claude posted a double-double against St. John's this week and has scored in double figures in every game this season. Claude averages a modest five rebounds per game, but he has matched or exceeded that average in five of the last six games, all while posting at least three assists and double-figure scoring. Claude has a high floor and I still don't think we've seen his true ceiling yet.
Jordan Longino, Villanova ($5,300)
Justin Moore hasn't played since injuring his knee against Kansas State almost three weeks ago. He has been listed as questionable for the last three games, but there is still no official word on how bad the injury is. Regardless, Longino has played well in his absence. Longino has 74.25 DraftKings points in the three games without Moore. If Moore returns, I still prefer either Longino or Hakim Hart, whichever one starts.
Hassan Diarra, Connecticut ($4,000)
Diarra plays good minutes off the bench for UConn, and really the only dud he's had was against Seton Hall this week. I'm willing to go back to the well because of the price and Diarra's consistent bench production on the season. He should play 15-20 minutes and net about that many DraftKings points. That's what he does.
Also consider: Devin Carter, Providence ($8.500); Johnell Davis, Florida Atlantic ($8,000); Jahvon Quinerly, Memphis ($7,200); Ezra Manjon, Vanderbilt ($6,400); Nick Boyd, Florida Atlantic ($5,500); Ticket Gaines, Providence ($5,100); K.T. Raimey, DePaul ($4,200)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards
David Jones, Memphis ($9,200)
I'm still a big fan of Joel Soriano, but Jones has been playing well and has a much easier matchup at $900 less. Jones has at least 22 points in five straight games, all of those against good teams (Virginia, Clemson, Texas A&M, Virginia Commonwealth, and Mississippi). If he's doing that against good teams, I trust him against the struggling Commodores.
Eric Dixon, Villanova ($7,400)
Dixon had a huge game against Creighton earlier this week scoring 32 points. Villanova is a talented team that usually rides the hot hand, but Dixon still gets enough peripheral stats to put up a good stat line even when he doesn't break the slate through scoring alone. This is a much easier matchup against DePaul and one where Dixon could dominate again.
Jaden Bediako, Seton Hall ($6,500)
Bediako has barely missed double-doubles in seven of his last ten games (he hit the mark in the other three). He's missing them all by narrow margins too. One rebound, two rebounds, four points, four rebounds, two rebounds, and three rebounds twice. He has at least 25 DraftKings points in every one of those games. I keep using Bediako because of his remarkable consistency.
Mawot Mag, Rutgers ($4,800)
Mag missed the first six weeks due to a knee injury and has faced a minutes limit since his return. That's baked into his price. Mag has played 24 minutes in both games he has played so far and put up 41.5 DraftKings points. I'll take that from a value play. Mag's minutes will go up little by little and we know that his production is solid across the board.
Also consider: Joel Soriano, St. John's ($10,100); Clifford Omoruyi, Rutgers ($8,100); Cameron Matthews, Mississippi State ($7,600); Oumar Ballo, Arizona ($7,200); Alex Karaban, Connecticut ($7,100); Da'Sean Nelson, DePaul ($5,500); Carter Lang, Vanderbilt ($4,100)
