–BALLER MOVE: Add in 10+ Team PPR Leagues

ANALYSIS: If you ask me to define a season-long waiver wire target, perhaps talking about Cleveland Browns' WR Donovan Peoples-Jones is the best answer I could come up with. Good? Yes. Great? Not quite. Steady producer? Sure. Volatile player? Not at all. Draftable? Not for shallow-league managers. Worth picking up? Of course, every week!
That's DPJ for you, someone to trust weekly when it comes to expecting him to hit his usual 10-to-12 PPR points but not much more. Thus, the WW appeal but not so much the summer-drafting cache. Peoples-Jones is coming off his best game of the season after catching 5-of-9 targets for 99 yards. That "99" defines DPJ: almost there, but not quite there entirely.
All things considered, though, and barring a back-to-back horrid stretch in W2-W3 (0.0 and 2.0 PPR points with one catch on four total targets), Peoples-Jones has scored between 9.0 and 14.9 PPR points in all games he's played this season. He's currently on a six-game streak of catching 4+ passes while getting 4+ targets in all of those. He's caught balls for 50+ yards in those six games, and 71+ in the last three.
The only thing missing on DPJ's season-long game log is a touchdown, but this being DPJ we should have expected that from him, I guess...
Peoples-Jones has been phenomenal as a weekly WR3/Flex option for managers in all leagues and that shouldn't change ROS. Cleveland will also welcome Deshaun Watson back in a couple of weeks, which should also boost DPJ's upside a bit while he retains his 10+ PPR floor up.
Must-roster/must-start (deeper down your lineup, though) player even with a limited ceiling but the safest floor ever.
