BALLER MOVE: Start
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/FLEX
ANALYSIS: Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore is an elite receiver. His quarterback, Caleb Williams, is not an elite QB. Luckily for them, they're in the middle of an absolute cakewalk of a schedule. They face the Washington Commanders in Week 8, who have given up the eighth-most PPR fantasy points to WRs this season.
Last time DJ Moore was in Washington, he had 230 yards and 3 TDs.

The Commanders got steamrolled by Moore last year to the tune of 230 yards and three touchdowns. He scored 49 PPR fantasy points against him that game. Don't expect a repeat of that performance with new additions at WR Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze on the team, but there's potential for a great performance.

Yes, Williams has "played better" (faced easier defenses) in recent weeks, but he still misses throws like this with regularity, capping the upside of all their pass-catchers. Moore is still worth starting, but it's better to manage your expectations. WR2 numbers are reasonable to expect.
