BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 27% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson has struggled in two of his last three games, but still remains one of the team's top targets in the passing game. The rookie has topped 50 receiving yards and scored a touchdown in three of his last six games.
Opposing defenses heavily focus on stopping No. 1 wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, which enables Johnson with more opportunities to find openings. Johnson should be able to take more advantage of these opportunities over the season's closing months. He's been more consistent than any other Steelers receiver beside from Smith-Schuster and the team certainly seems dedicated to keeping Johnson on the field. Even though the team's No. 3 receiver James Washington out-produced and out-targeted Johnson in Week 9, Johnson still logged 16 more snaps than Washington in the game.
Teams in need of wide receiver help should add Johnson in leagues of 12 teams or more. He can be a solid WR3 or flex option in any matchup with low-end WR2 potential in a favorable Week 12 matchup against the Bengals.
