BALLER MOVE: Add In 12-Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 11% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Miami Heat forward Derrick Jones has been stuffing the stat sheet as one of the first players off the bench for the Heat the past few weeks. Over his past five games, he's hit seven threes while recording nine steals and four blocks and averaging 13.6 points per game.
Jones is shooting 54.4% from the field this year and that might be somewhat sustainable as he's a career 50.6% shooter. He's only averaging one assist per game on the year, but his 0.7 turnovers per game on the year help make the low assist output acceptable.
Jones is worth adding in just about all leagues right now and is a must-add in leagues of 12 teams or deeper. The Heat have a somewhat deep rotation that will get deeper once Justise Winslow (back) returns, and that should be somewhat soon. Still, Jones and Winslow offer very different skillsets and Jones should still manage to see around 20 minutes per game when Winslow is back.
