ANALYSIS: Early Christmas present for DeMarcus Cousins, who was good to sign with Milwaukee exactly on Dec. 1 and has already logged 11 games played for the Champs, including four starts straight with the first one taking place just a week ago on Dec. 17. And here, of course, we stan for DMC and hope he can help Milly make another deep run in the postseason once we reach that point--please, Basketball Gods, keep this man healthy enough.
Cousins had to gear up a bit through his first games back in the Association, but once he got up to a good shape he started playing as part of the first unit and racking up 27, 28, and 28 minutes of play in the past three games (he played 16 in his first start). The numbers, truth be told, can't get much better for DMC and that shouldn't change that much considering Brook Lopez is probably done for the year--or nearly--with back surgery. In other words, the Bucks' center spot is Cousins' to lose.
DMC has put up an average 15-8-2-1-1 so far in his four starts. Those happened without Ginnis available, yes, and his comeback will surely alter Cousins' production. It might also help him, though, as Giannis is a defender-magnet and that will create space for DMC to operate within. The free-throw shooting is sound (84%), the field goal attempts and percentages are good enough (48% on 11+ FGA as a starter), and you know he'll swat a shot pretty much every night. Cousins has improved his three-point accuracy of late but it's not quite there yet. The points and rebounds, though, are sublime.

BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 8% of leagues ANALYSIS: The surge of Deni Avdija in all fantasy leaderboards has a very easy-to-grasp reason and that's Kyle Kuzma missing time with an injury.
